Wish I could give them zero stars. First of all, they messed up my order twice. Both times I ordered fried rice and paid extra for it and they sent me white rice. The first time I had let it pass but this time I decided to call. The lady was very rude and argumentative. She wanted proof and gave me a number to send the pictures to and I did send her the pictures and she called me back arguing and saying how they have cameras over the cooking area and I can come by to look at it to see that they did do fried rice. I do not recommend this location AT ALL. Please stay away from the WINDERMERE LOCATION!!!! This is my worst experience with a restaurant. This place needs to be closed down.

This place should be shut down! I paid $53 here and they gave me old expired drinks. One which was an orange juice it was expired 4 months ago! I had already gave my 12 month old! I feel terrible and I hope my baby does not get sick!!

Ordered a stir fry basil with shrimp. So disappointed on this location. They were only 2 little shrimp in my order and more on veggies. Better go to the south gate mall location, they’re better cook and better food

Good food but service was awful. I called ahead to order and I went in about 20 mins later and there was 4 employees, only 2 were busy cooking and the other staff members would not come and help me at the till. I waited 10 mins (there was no one in line in front of me) for someone to come and let me pay and get my food that was already cooked and now cold.

Very good people. The food was amazing.

I love Thai Express, but this location is awful. Ordered Tom Yam with shrimp and shrimps were absolutely raw. All went to trash.
I will not return.

I ordered Pad Thai. It was not Thai food. It was chinese food. If you want real Thai food, don’t order from this location and order from the Thai Express in Southgate.

Really bad experience staff doesn’t understand anything no hygiene rude staff

It was unpleasant customer service, plus the place looked dirty all around and the soup broth went bad awful smelling and poor in vegetables

I love Thai Express, but this location is awful. I’ve ordered in person, and more recently (tonight) on Skip and they still mess up my order.Go to the Calgary Trail location. I don’t know if it’s the same management or not, but I haven’t had any issues there.Also, after reading the other negative reviews, I’m not filling out your survey. If you’re a franchisee operator, you deserve to loose your license. This a good chain with great food, get it together.

I've had the green curry chicken multiple times and we ordered from this location for this first time via skip the dishes. It was very clumpy and gloopy, it lacked coconut flavor and had way too much salt.
