The lady messed up the order and had no ownership, did not want to issue refund and fought about it, not to mention the place it is really dirty, seems like they have never seen a mop or a broom

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I ordered a chicken pad Thai NO SPICE to go , when I got home it was so spicy I couldn’t eat it at all (I can handle spice) I called cause I wanted ti come back to get a new one and they said there’s nothing they can do for me and to call back tomorrow. I told her the whole point of me getting take out it’s cause I had no food at home so I needed it today so I could eat. She didn’t care. I still had to go out and get something else. I also ordered my mom a general mango chicken it literally had 4 small pieces of chicken and the whole box was rice. I paid $38 for these two things !!!! All I asked is for them to fix the pad Thai so I could eat it. Not even for my money back. I do not recommend this place at all. I have never rated anything this low in my life.

Not good tonight.. we dont go often but wife said grab the Sunday combo special.
We didnt get the spring rolls and instead of beef I got chicKen.
Disappointing... also disappointed with myself for not checking my order before I left.

I ordered the pad Thai and Tom yum soup with noodles and shrimp and instead they put 2 pieces of beef .

This location is superb. The owner (or perhaps manager -- he was in a blue polo shirt on Sunday) was very helpful today with an app issue pertaining to their daily specials. Not only was he informative and answered all of my questions patiently, but he helped me find a resolution, all whilst being friendly. It is not often that you get such warm service in retail, but today, I felt so welcomed. The pad thai is ALWAYS top notch here as well. 10/10 for it and the quality of service here at this clean and consistent restaurant. :)

The chefs here are true professionals — no matter what you order, it comes out as a refined, high quality dish.
I used to eat the terrible Pad Thai at the West Edmonton Mall Thai Express,
but after trying the Pad Thai at this location,
I only come here now. Everyone,
if you’re going to Thai Express, make sure it’s this location.
The chefs are absolutely excellent!

Terrible service. Ordered pad thai take-out on a Tuesday but the lady at the counter refused to honor the $14.88 offer as posted on the board. Charged $14.99 instead without the spring roll and drink.

Great restaurant. The place is fantastic for business. Thai Express has been our go-to restaurant for long. We love the food and service both. I definitely recommend it.

Ordered uber eats, all the bean sprouts have black heads… which is not normal. It’s not fresh and you can taste that in the whole dish. Also no lime slice given, which is odd… I had pad thai that was very dry and flavourless. Couldn’t finish it because I was worried about food poisoning.

Yall… the food here is great! I got a poke bowl in the sushi shop, very Delish. But guys the washrooms are dirty, looks like they nearly get cleaned, very very smelly, I went to wash my hands and couldn’t even finish drying them the smell was awful. Also red ants crawling around on the floor AND the seats?! I had to flick a few off while I ate my meal…. Very disappointed with my experience here

Wish I could give them zero stars. First of all, they messed up my order twice. Both times I ordered fried rice and paid extra for it and they sent me white rice. The first time I had let it pass but this time I decided to call. The lady was very rude and argumentative. She wanted proof and gave me a number to send the pictures to and I did send her the pictures and she called me back arguing and saying how they have cameras over the cooking area and I can come by to look at it to see that they did do fried rice. I do not recommend this location AT ALL. Please stay away from the WINDERMERE LOCATION!!!! This is my worst experience with a restaurant. This place needs to be closed down.

This place should be shut down! I paid $53 here and they gave me old expired drinks. One which was an orange juice it was expired 4 months ago! I had already gave my 12 month old! I feel terrible and I hope my baby does not get sick!!

Ordered a stir fry basil with shrimp. So disappointed on this location. They were only 2 little shrimp in my order and more on veggies. Better go to the south gate mall location, they’re better cook and better food
