when making pad thai. the veggies are steamed then mixed. But in my todays experience everything was mixed all at once. The standard is reducing day by day for this place.

The food has been slowly going downhill for years. You get a tiny amount of beef and a lot of noodles for almost $20. The older lady at the till is rude and when asked about a deal on the screen she rudely tells you it doesn’t apply to this location. There are better Thai places just down the road off st.Albert trail.

This Thai Express is hands down the best restaurant! I’ve been a customer for more than 7 years and have never been disappointed. I always order the Pad Thai its delicious! The customer service is top-notch, especially Nancy, who is always smiling.

I used to really enjoy Thai Express specifically from this location hence 4 stars but something changed in the last year the quality of food took a hit somewhere. Bok chicken is so rank now in particular.

I ordered 3 times and all orders were bad and tasteless. Fried rice had no onion, no tomato, no pineapple, no egg, no green onion, no soy sauce…. Beef pad seew had 3 broccoli in it. I threw it away. I could not eat it. I Ordered a chicken Tom yum and there was no chicken in it. Their prices are too expensive for the quality of the food.

Always a pleasant experience whenever i come in. The cashier is sooo nice and always greets with immense smile.

Had tried thai express (same dish) in Toronto but worst ever.

Here everyone is welcoming and put their geart in what they do!! Highly recommend them!!
