The Pad Thai noodles looked pretty soggy when I ordered them.

Ordered for Yellow curry rice noodles as delivery but we got only tossed veg noodles. No sign of yellow curry. Tried calling them minimum 6 times. No answer. Totally screwed our order and mood. First time ever ordered from thai express. Never going to use it again.

This thai express is the ONLY one I will go to in all edmonton. They understand how to keep their food authentic and fresh, I cannot compliment their red curry as much as I do it is filled with flavor and every bite is savory. There thai fried rice is very good to filled with flavors and consistant through out the meal. The customer service here is fantastic no matter who is serving you. Always smiling and ready to help. Also they are LGBTQ friendly and support.

I recently visited Thai Express at 7:37 PM, hoping to dine in. When I asked if we could still eat there, the staff member at the front informed us that we could, but only if we left by 8 PM. I fully understand that they close at 8, but his response felt unnecessarily abrupt and showed signs of frustration. When we agreed to dine in, his visible annoyance made us reconsider, so we decided to order takeout instead.
Unfortunately, our experience didn’t improve from there. When we asked about ordering Tom Yum, he told us it was no longer available. While our order was being prepared, he seemed visibly upset, even tossing cooking utensils into the sink in a way that was disruptive and unprofessional.
I hope management addresses this kind of behavior with their staff, as it left us with a very negative impression. We came in as paying customers and expected a courteous dining experience, even if it was close to closing time.
