The restaurant is amazing. Our usual food from here is Pad Thai. We always love it. The staff are very accommodating. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Had skip deliver an order and it was not very good. We had 1 chicken and1 shrimp pad seeEW with a couple imperial rolls. This is my go to for pad sew but the last 2 times have me thinking I need to not come back to your restaurant. Noodles were, in my opinion, over cooked and the flavour was just not right. Imperial rolls were greasy and I think, not cooked properly.

If there would be zero star, I would give that. Very rude staff. Two staff members were very rude to and talked to me like they are yelling at me. Felt very bad and uncomfortable. Will never go there in my life and never recommend anyone to go there. They don’t know how to deal with clients.

I am a Regular Customer of Thai Express. I go to this location 3-4 times a week, since I work at a nearby retail store. I have never seen this happen before but I will never be going to this location ever again. The person who took my order took the wrong order and When i told them this is the wrong order. She Said things in her own language, I was not able to understand. I could have gotten the wrong food and ate. No one can tolerate being harassed for someone else's mistake. I told the cashier, it is okay I would like to leave, please do a refund. She said we can not do refunds. I will never be going to this location ever again.

Had chicken pad Thai, husband had chicken "Thai rice" (tomatoes and pineapple). We both agreed this is the best tasting Thai express location we have been to in the past year. (Vs others in Edmonton as well as red deer gasoline Alley, and Airdrie). Sometimes at SouthPark location the chicken tastes old and poor texture, this location was excellent. Everything tasted fresh.

If you want to be ripped off, go to Thai Express in South Edmonton Common. I paid for my meal with cash and before I even got the money out of my wallet, the cashier was trying to shove my ‘change’ into it. Turns out he shorted me a dollar and was just giving me the other $0.40 hoping I wouldn’t notice. I asked what he was doing and he kept saying ‘I don’t have dollar’. Umm but you still owe me money. He closed the till and that was that. So, I guess they’re just short changing customers now and think it’s ok.

Do not eat here if you have allergies!! We ordered a pad thai gluten free, which just involves not putting tofu in it as the tofu is not gluten free, the rest is.... they literally put a full serving of tofu in my dish, and still labeled the box gluten free. I am fully aware that there is always a risk of cross contamination with gluten when eating out, but fully putting the gluten containing item into a dish is a whole other level?

Food was good but black chunks from the wok were in my food. That is so gross and unsanitary.

Awful location. Ordered menu number 8 vegan and they made with beef. Guy at cash with hat seemed lost and shouldn’t be working there. Dangerous to serve meat when asked for vegetarian.

I ordered a vegetarian plate. The sauce tasted like they burned it and the tofu tasted like propane. I rarely leave poor reviews or throw away my entire plate... Now I have the taste of propane in my mouth.

Ordered my fave dish and it was fine. No problem with the ordering and it came out fast as it should be.

This store has been open for 7 years, but every time I visit the store, the taste and quality of the food is always amazing! Whenbee I crave for Tom Yum or Pad Thai, I always come here! It is an amazing store! Amazing staff too! Making you feel welcomed every time!

Just watched an employee finish eating his meal, wipe his mouth with a napkin, then walk straight over to the wok to start cooking my meal without hand washing. Luckily I hadn’t yet paid and walked out. Guess I don’t eat here anymore.
