This place used to be our #1 go to for pad Thai. After last night's experience I will never return, I do not enjoy burnt food, with black bits all over it. How do you even think that it is OK to take the amount you charge and produce such poor quality food? You should be ashamed of yourself. Disgusting.

Spent 40$ on 2 dishes for pick up, these 2 workers decided even though the food was burnt it was a great idea to still serve it. The food was disgusting to taste and burnt. Once I opened the packages you could smell the burnt. They have been doing this long enough to know that this is not edible and still sold it. This is the only location that is open past 7pm, we will never return to this location and I will be contacting their head office. But I feel this is a franchise, because a corporate store would never serve such garbage.

Ordered general thai pineapple with chicken. I don’t know what it was but chicken’s texture was weird…not going back there.

Been coming here a long time and food is consistent and very good in my opinion.
For what it is, the food is good and the people accommodate me and my food allergies. Good customer service.

Ordered dash and meals came without sauce and curry was like soup and items omitted came included in meal. Not impressed for the cost!
