I had ordered a Chicken Pad Thai WITH extra tofu to eat before my movie on Monday @4pm. I should have checked the box before leaving but I trusted the workers.My CHICKEN Pad Thai had no chicken whatsoever and only had 5 large chunks of tofu in it.I was charged extra for my order and didn't receive what I asked for. And I stupidly tipped as well, making my small sad box of noodles over $20.Usually pad thai is my go to meal before seeing a movie but I think that years long tradition will be stopping.I should have gone back but I hate confrontation and I only had 15 minutes before my movie started.

I ordered through SKIP THE DISH. put on note on there to please ensure a fort/spoon is sent with the order. didn't get either and ended up not eating my lunch cause there isn't any utensils at work to use. Also didn't get the drink I ordered with the combo. Since food like this isn't gonna taste great in 4 or 5 hours when I"m home, I ended up throwing it away. SKIP THE DISH told me they can't do anything about fork/spoons etc not being given. guess nobody cares I wasted money. Thanks for not paying attention to details on the order and wasting my money Thai Express!

Ordered a number 8 combo for 16 dollars, the portion was ridiculous small, and for a dish that is supposed to be broccoli and noodles, there were maybe 2 small pieces of broccoli, Pop machine was broken and only had 1 soft drink available. Also ordered the fried banana, didn't even come with the chocolate sauce it used to come with.The restaurant was cleanish, but some of the furniture was pretty beat up. There is no pride of ownership, apparently.Will not go back. there are lots of better places with better serving.

I’m very disappointed. I just ordered a Gluten-friendly Veggie Pad See Ew and it’s so dry and has no flavour at all and not one bit of spice. I always order the same dish from this place and it’s never been this bad. I paid $20 in total. What a waste of my money.

Tried this place for the first time. Service was meh. I asked the cook if what I was ordering had any nuts in it and he said he didn’t know. Apparently they don’t know much about the food or what is in it. I ordered the Yellow Curry with beef. The picture on the menu shows it with a variety of vegetables but it mostly had a few onions and a potato. Maybe they’re being cheap? Also not a large serving of beef. Mostly rice for 15 bucks. Definitely won’t be back.
Ordered take-out from here but ordered in-person so I could use my coupons I got in the mail ( buy 3 meals get 1 free). Place has lots of seating and would be fine to dine-in. Weirdly the cashier says they didn't have ANY Shak-A-Bowls which is wild considering that is a large part of their menu both Online and in-person. I did try the buy one get one 50% off Pandan Thai Iced Tea and that was unexpectedly good. Neat flavor, kind of coconut creamy black tea. Just ice in it (no boba or jellies). We tried the:Tom Yum fried rice, mild heat: Quite bland. Needed soya sauce. Would not likely order again. 5/10.General Thai Mango, mild heat, no onion: saw online you can request they not add certain vegetables so had to try it! Chicken was 10/10 my favorite thing this meal. Rice was good, too many peppers for me but expected since we subbed out the onion. I actually ordered (even on the receipt says it). Pad Thai with tofu and Pad See Ew with beef but they mixed it up.Pad Thai, beef, mild heat: Loved the vegetable mix, beef was really tender. 8/10Pad See Ew, tofu, medium hot: Definity too spicy for kids. Noodles are really tasty (good texture), tofu was 10/10 good - loved the texture and flavor. Overall quite impressed with the flavor but be careful when you order that they follow your requests!

I have been here many times and have no problems. But this last time I ordered my food. I sat there for 20-25 mins watching 4 customers get their food. When i asked the staff where my food was. They were clueless, looking at my receipt and trying to find their slip. They did not have a slip, so they had to cook off my receipt. After all this time and being unsatisfied, they didn't even say sorry they forgot to cook my food or anything.

Tom yum soup was super watered down and so was the green curry. For veggies in my green curry I got mostly onion. Definitely not coming to this location again, sticking to Skyview they do much better.

Stopped in for soup, I had Tom yum with chicken, my girl had Thai soup.That was not chicken I have EVER had before.It was compressed something. How can anyone eat chicken like that?My girl couldn't finish hers either.I don't like to give bad reviews but I have no choice.Cheers.
