I ordered vegan broccoli fried rice but an aggressively behaving chef cooked it with pineapple, though i clearly mentioned that I need it without pineapple, in the beginning. On my objection, someone took the prepared food back, took out the pineapple pieces and gave it back to me, by saying it is freshly prepared but there were still pineapple pieces in it. They lied through their nose, so I had to finally put it in the garbage, as it still had pineapples. They offered to cook it another time, which I didn't accept and left.

The wait was very slow for my food. They forgot about my dish and made a few people who ordered after me until I reminded them. Asked for it to stay and got it in a to go container so I had to get a plate to dump it out on.Giving 3 stars because Thai Express is always tasty.

The people who made my food and took my order were super nice! Their customer service is amazing. The lady who took my order was so kind and kept a smile on her face behind that mask the whole time. Food was amazing too! Love their pad thai, although it does come out really hot. I don’t mind though, and I will continue to order!

Bought green curry chicken the chicken was dry it with no sauce on the rice and no vegetables just dry chicken that’s hard to eat worst fast food ever it took half an hour to make never again.

Bought pad thai chicken and beef.both were below the averge .never to this location

Food trays are a no go they apparently count as a single use plastic so carry your scalding hot food on bare hands to a table and eat. Mean while your asked if it's dine in or take out, doesn't matter they are giving you the small take out container even though your spending a good chunk of change you get a tiny portion.

Always have good customer service whenever I eat here, on average twice a week. Food always tastes great!

Really bad customer service. Ordered food from skip the dishes but they donot follow the instructions and the lady doesn’t know how to talk to the customer. Would never recommend anyone to go there.
