I ordered vegan broccoli fried rice but an aggressively behaving chef cooked it with pineapple, though i clearly mentioned that I need it without pineapple, in the beginning. On my objection, someone took the prepared food back, took out the pineapple pieces and gave it back to me, by saying it is freshly prepared but there were still pineapple pieces in it. They lied through their nose, so I had to finally put it in the garbage, as it still had pineapples. They offered to cook it another time, which I didn't accept and left.

The wait was very slow for my food. They forgot about my dish and made a few people who ordered after me until I reminded them. Asked for it to stay and got it in a to go container so I had to get a plate to dump it out on.Giving 3 stars because Thai Express is always tasty.

The people who made my food and took my order were super nice! Their customer service is amazing. The lady who took my order was so kind and kept a smile on her face behind that mask the whole time. Food was amazing too! Love their pad thai, although it does come out really hot. I don’t mind though, and I will continue to order!

Bought green curry chicken the chicken was dry it with no sauce on the rice and no vegetables just dry chicken that’s hard to eat worst fast food ever it took half an hour to make never again.

Food trays are a no go they apparently count as a single use plastic so carry your scalding hot food on bare hands to a table and eat. Mean while your asked if it's dine in or take out, doesn't matter they are giving you the small take out container even though your spending a good chunk of change you get a tiny portion.

SO SLOW. If there is even 1 person lined up DO NOT WAIT. That person will be there for the next 10 minutes (at least) then your order will be made. Keep on walking and on your way back past with whatever you get to eat in the food court and wave at the people still waiting for their food to me made. No communication between staff - orders always getting mixed up. Cutlery has to be asked for 90% of the time. Thai Express is my favourite fast food place but this locations specifically could not care less about the time they take to make a single order. The person that takes the order is always in the back so you have to wait for them to come out eventually or the chef has to go find them to do it (unless they do it themselves).

Ordered through DoorDash nothing complicated, all selections were what they offered for extra charge. I paid the extra charges but didn't get anything I paid extra for. Received 2 bags on my doorstep: soup and dumplings in 1 bag, 3 box orders in the other, so I should have had a third bag with the drinks but nothing showed. What a rip off paying $16 for 2 drinks that never came. I also selected the Shrimp Tom Yum Soup which was an extra $1.40 to select shrimp, and on top of that I paid an extra $6 to add 6 more shrimp to my shrimp soup but I had a total of 6 shrimp so I deserve my $6 back you crooks! Lastly your Pad See Ew is false advertising your photo and description shows lots of broccoli when only 1 tiny piece of broccoli was included. For shame you guys, shame... whoever worked the closing shift of Mon Feb 27 to rip me off this hard should consider another line of work.

Food was good and we had our veggie lunch in Thai express. Staff were polite and friendly. Not so spicy as we said to make the dish spicy. Add notes: Red hot sauce should be kept in front of the desk so if any customer wants their food to be more spicy so they add on their own.
