The pad see ew is delicious even though it has the word “ew” in it. It’s damn good the guy made it like a hibachi flames in the air that was pretty cool. But the pad see ew overall really good

The service here was awful. I went there during Halloween. The lady working at that time is so rude to the customers and raising her voice when the customer asked if their order is correct. She also have AirPods while working and I don’t think that’s allowed while on shift and during trick or treat she was just throwing candies in the kids bag and was really rude to them while telling them to wait. Food has always been great here but I won’t be back for the service.

We asked for less oil and less salt, they gave us the food that is exactly what we wanted, and also gave us a free spring roll (which is also delicious)!!

I regularly order from thai express but not this location. I stopped here to grab phad thai and green curry and whoever was prepping didn't care at all and nothing was cut up to proper sizing for it to cook all the way through. There was a piece of egg plant that was the size of my hand as one chunk and obviously didn't cook properly due to its size. The baby corn chunks were all still hard because they were giant pieces, and the tofu wasn't cut at all, was just as one 4 inch chunk. Do not go to this location

First time purchasing from this location. It was an online delivery order. Arrived on time, good portion and tasted nice. I also received a free spring roll. Great experience!

Raw chicken!! I should have looked at the reviews first. Ordered pad thai with battered chicken, got home to eat, and found that some of the chicken pieces were partially raw!!! 🤮 Absolutely disgusting and dangerous! AB Health needs to see, clearly these guys don't care what they are doing.
Sauce had a weird grainy tasteless texture. I've ordered this dish from other locations over the past 15 years. Go elsewhere!

I ordered beef and got what looks like KFC popcorn chicken. I didn’t like how it tasted. I expected pieces of thinly sliced beef that would have been cooked over the wok like back in the day.

I feel disappointed because I asked for mango salad and TE Tea and they says not available feels like that don’t care so it wasn’t that good experience and they took little long time to prepare so my experience was so so

I have ordered the thai soup and asked the short employee to replace the noodles with extra veg & chicken. UNFORTUNATELY, there was no extra veg nor chicken, and the soup tasted awful as they added the tomato sauce to it without asking. Paid almost $15 for nothing. Terrible experience 😪

Why have an item on the menu you do not serve?
Was so excited for Mango salad. It is on the menu in 2 places. Was told they didn’t have any, it was after 3 pm. I thought they were sold out for the day. I then enquired "when would it be available. Was told it was not at there store.

I'm on a medically restricted diet following surgery. Thai Express was the only restaurant in the Southgate Mall food court (that I could see) that offered soup. They were tremendously accommodating and provided me with a small bowl of soup broth (no protein, no noodles), even discounting the price! It was so delicious I can't wait to try it with chicken and noodles! Rave to them!

I tried the small soup, with fish. Fish was battered and deep fried, but the soup made the breading soggy pretty quickly. Everything tasted great and it was perfectly spicy. I'd recommend trying the beef, chicken, or shrimp with the soup though.
Serving size was perfect for a medium lunch. Atmosphere is typical busy mall food court, not really in their control.
