Skip order - salad rolls were hard and dry. At over $7 each I was expecting very good salad rolls. They were horrible. Get Vietnamese salad rolls, they are way better and don't cost almost $8 a roll. The green curry was a box of rice with a small layer of sauce and beef on top. I've had the green curry from other locations and the beef and sauce to rice ratio was much better. This is almost too dry and flavorless to eat. Most over priced and disappointing skip the dishes order I've ever received. I've filled out form you suggested.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered the stir fry soya garlic with fish and tofu. Tasted so good. Fish and tofu was fresh.

This might be THE BEST Edmonton Thai Express, my Pad Thai was super yummy, and both the cook and cashier were really helpful.

Had the pad Thai and when I opened the box the carton was about 2/3 full! I eat this at Thai Express all the time and the box is always full. I was so disappointed and surprised. I took it back and showed the server and he said it was the regular portion size. I politely told him it was not and that I have always had a box filled. I can only assume they increase their profit but giving less food at this particular spot.

Placed an order for delivery, fairly large, called a day ahead to make sure they were able to take the order. They said yes. When my order was suppose to be delivered they called me to say they don’t have enough rice. I’m waiting over an hour for the delivery still and I feel so bad for the delivery driver since we wasted her time too. Talk about a hungry angry team

Their spicy Basil Fried Rice remind me of the fried rice in my home country in Southeast Asia.
If you are from Southeast Asia and love fried rice, you should try their Basil Fried Rice.
I think it’s a family business. They try their best to serve customer even though short of people.

The worst management, extremely rude people and food was not fully cooked. Wasted my time and money and when I asked for refund I’ve been told we have just closed all sales for today meaning that cashier is closed. Guys please never ever come here.
