I've been having thai express for many years ,i work in the mall and its my go to place !Just today i didn't get the experience I always get1. No one was at the front to Acknowledge me or any customer2. The gentleman who made my food made it incorrectly3. When I went back to get it re made or ask for a refund the girl whom I spoke to was giving me attitude. Please learn customer service.

On the menus said : extra coconut milk for Tom yum soup , you need to pay and I thought the soup it already has the coconut milk but it didn’t. Another thing was the meat and half of the meats were so hard to chew . The girl on the cash desk was really nice and the store was clean .

We have been coming here since the mall food court opened after the pandemic weekly and this the most awesome food and the best staff!!!!Vegetarian options: We get the tofu option and it’s the best!!!

Very delicious food, Customer support is excellent and employees are very fast and efficient. I ordered Pad Sew and the food quantity was fresh and very tasty. I would recommend everybody to visit in Thai Express at Londonderry mall.

Best place to eat in Edmonton. Cooked fresh in front of your eyes. Affordable with generous portioning. All the people that work here are lovely and polite. The most healthy thing to eat in any food court. I would eat here over any restaurant in Edmonton.

Beef bowl looked like dog food- not sliced beef like in the menu photo. Complete bait and switch.no plates just an undersized cardboard take out boxtoo lazy to offer in house tables, almost no veggies or meat. Mostly cheap noodles or rice.the worst tasting food we've ever eaten!avoid this place!forgot our spices completely after asking for spicyComplete fail, not worthy of one star.Don't believe us, go and order the beef or chicken dinner yourself
