The food has no flavour or spice to it, no matter what spice level you order.

Thank you for making my complicated meal so delicious. I ordered the general Thai express pineapple and chicken. It was so good. This place got better!

I just placed an order through uber eats for the basil fried rice and lobster, why did I see only 2 pieces of lobster after paying $27? I said extra spicy and the food had no taste or spice. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied
Great food served fast and hot ! Quality and freshness is fantastic !

I'd been eating tofu pad Thai for how many years and yesterday was the worst experienced I had in this location..2 pieces of tofu???really?? For $15 ?! This is a scam..and taste is really off from this location.
I ordered a medium spice gluten free chicken pad thai today and got a shrimp pad thai.. when I told them I asked for chicken the guy just stared at me and the girl that took my order said no it was shrimp and I know I didn't say that because I always order chicken. So even though I hadn't eaten any yet and wanted to change proteins so it would be what I actually ordered they just ignored me and didn't fix it. I checked my receipt and was charged for just a gluten free pad thai and large water bottle when I actually got a Sprite. The tail shells were still on most of the shrimp as well and noodles were undercooked. I've noticed the quality and flavor hasn't been the same lately at all. Much more bland and doesn't have any real heat even when I order it spicy. This place used to be much better.

Good food especially for the price! I like how this restaurant chain enables customers to dictate the level of spice added to the food. I myself really love spicy food so I like it hot but little details like that I think make the place more accessible for others and some places do not take those little extra steps.
Overall, I highly recommend this place. If you want curry no place in HUB mall does it better and there are many other great dishes if that is not quite your thing.
So I’m glad to see many people saying the same thing so I’m not crazy. The food here is so bad, it has made me dislike Thai Express. All other locations I’ve been too are so good, but this one is not at all. I thought the meal was a joke. I was so hungry but threw it in the trash. The staff is nice but maybe needs more cooking training. This food is too expensive to be messing up like this. They just don’t have the correct recipe for whatever reason. Unfortunately sorry is not enough.
