Got Food poisoned from this place

It’s my second time to get thaiexpress for lunch and this time i try General Thairacha , Omg the sauces is perfect and the chicken is good . The lady cashier is nice and the cook is nice too. Highly recommended 😍

Worst pad thai I've ever had. Just a pile of sugary noodles. No veggies. No herbs. Shrimp still had tails on. Ugh.

Every single time I go to Thai express they have no salad rolls! I asked the worker to make some & he declines & says he doesn't know how to make them!!! This has happened 5 times in the last 2 months

No taste in Thai rice , $3 extra for veggies but veggies missing , taste less

Just straight up terrible, ordered, paid, waited 20 minutes, nothing. Checked with staff 3 times, never figured out my order.Don't go, order online delivery if you want, but if you don't have DoorDash to back you up you probably won't get your food or the right food.

As a regular favorite of mine I hit up Thai Express while at WEM. The service was fantastic and the meal was nothing short of the same. While waiting for my food the staff and I had a short conversation about the food and different flavour profiles they use while cooking. The price was a bit higher than other locations but it's a tourist attraction being st the mall so it makes sense. I'm sure no matter how much I want to try a new restaurant I will likely be back at old faithful next time we eat here.

I used to crave the pad thai. Not only was the flavor completely OFF, they did not offer the toppings you used to get with it: peanut, lemon wedge, whatever. I realize now their pad thai is complete garbage without fresh toppings.I asked about the toppings and she immediately offered a container of peanuts.They have a tipping option on their pin pad before you get your food. I assume I'm tipping for service, and I assume I'm going to get good food. I don't feel I got good service and I definitely did not get good food. For almost $18 I look around the food court at all the more deserving venues.I hope this place shuts down. They have ruined the pad thai and they do not know how to retain customers.

This location seriously gives me laughs every time. Here me out it’ll be entertaining I promise. Each time ever since the first visit, I kept an open mind, smiled, and greeted the cashier pleasantly to keep things consistent while I made a bet to myself in my head if I’ll successfully have a meal lol.First visit about 6 months ago, the cashier had an unfortunate and difficult time with the pinpads and took a very long time to accept payment from a customer. I was the third in line and just thought it’s ok I’ll try them again next time as I was already starving.Second visit about 4 months ago I got through to the ordering step, placed an order, #8 Pad Sew with extra meat (deep fried fish fillet) a $19 meal… “oh sorry one moment let me check first” (it comes refrigerated/frozen so they get a head start by setting the battered fish into fryer) comes back sorry no fish lol. I’ve visited dozens of locations across the province and I’ve never come across a franchisee that ran into that issue. Never would’ve thought it would happen to a location like WEM. So since I haven’t paid yet, I just said thanks anyways and walked away.Third time is a charm right? Lol. Today I walked up with a 15% coupon when you spend $15. Easy as I intend on ordering a $20 item, the gentlemen reiterated that I have to spend $15 lol. Ok. Yes I understand English. Has trouble scanning it in and then tells me it’s not in the offer. Expires July 30 right? Yes, just not offered haha. Ok. I walked away.Most people will say “oh never visit there again” but I rather find it entertaining because I’m very curious what I or other people will run into several months later if I feel like I might try them again. I’m sure their food is ok. But given this, I’m very excited to see what else can happen hence the 1 star ?

I was order tomyan chicken soup on may 21 2023 and the soup taste like weird, it’s like the soup from rug water. Every time I went to mall I always order that soup but that day it’s so so bad taste?
