Found plastic in my drink and almost ate it. Will not comeback to this place
Worst bubble tea I have had in awhile. Was very excited to try the “deerioca” pearls but what we received instead was literal undercooked pearls. The employee mentioned “this is how they are supposed to be” however I’ve never had a brown sugar pearl that was almost crunchy in the center. I’ve attached a photo and you can see it literally crack down the center of the pearl because of how unprepared they are.
If you are looking for boba in the area, this one is not it.
The inability for them to process a loyalty card scan was irritating, especially when they never asked if I had a loyalty card before payment.
Also not sure, if it's just this location but they no longer have the bamboo straws. It's the card straws again.
:(
Been here twice so far and have no complaints. Very tasty and excellent service.
I really love the snow strawberry matcha it's one of my favorite of matcha. I hope you that you will keep that in your menu🥺, but the service are good.
Delicious drinks and friendly service - I always come here when I go to WEM.
Leaving 1 star cuz I can’t give 0. I ordered a deerioca matcha, and they didn’t even whisk the matcha — I can literally feel the grains between my tongue and my teeth as I sip on this. There’s also no sugar in this drink??? Even though it says regular sugar. I expect better quality and taste for a bubble tea that is almost $10. Please do better!!! :(
Well if you don’t have tapioca ready before open and not even 40mins after opening, and said still taking 20 more minutes to have them, then why you open the store?
Im a HUGE bubbletea fan...been all over the world...so believe me when i tell you - don't bother coming here. Ive now given this place a couple chances, and im OVER it. The bubbletea selection and prices are heinous; plus the staff are always rude and unhappy. I love how they find multiple ways to try to charge you for stuff too. I mean $8 to $10+ dollars for 1 tea!?!? Dudes SORT. YOURSELVES. OUTTT. There's WAY better & cheaper bubble tea places near this place/in the mall (like coco). Seriously don't waste your money or time guys.
Not impressed with their strawberry green fruit tea, lack in flavour and taste like medicine. I got diarrhea with their brown sugar milk tea, I wished they have lactose free option for people who can’t have regular milk. Also the tapioca is hard looks like under cooked.

The milk tea is fine, but the issue is the pearls here are seriously undercooked.
Went today and wanted to order milk tea. I asked for no ice and little sugar and the cashier accepted it but when I was going to pay there was another staff jumped out and said they cannot change the sugar. I was OK with that but then she said they cannot change the ice level as well. I told her I ordered for couple of times online and they always followed it. Then they said they can't and it's their corporate policy. Their store manager came out and insisted they need to add the full sugar and ice. That's so funny. I don't want to waste anyone's time so I said thank you and turned to Coco. Even though there were more people in Coco and I had to wait but at least I can order whatever I want.
Ladies at the front were very nice to us. Today we got the Deerioca Ube Puff. I really liked it both layered and mixed.
Opens at 10 am but when you go at 10:30/11 am their bubble are not ready. She told me to come back in 1hr and even then it was not ready. I am sorry but if your shop opens at 10am don’t you need to have it all ready? It’s a bit ridiculous, it didn’t happen to me once but twice. It’s like going to Tim’s at opening and their coffee is not ready lol. Don’t get me wrong, the tea always taste delicious but they should work on this issue.
