The Alley has never disappointed me. Staff are nice and atmosphere is so chill and aesthetically pleasing. Love their pearls and drinks and it is definitely on the higher tier of bobbas.

It was so busy today on Canada Day and their sticker machine malfunctioned, but Jordan and Angie were still so nice and were working together so hard to get all the drinks finished on time. The quality was still amazing and the bubble tea tasted so good! 100/10, would recommend!

Went here this afternoon and was helped by Sandy. She explained the whole menu perfectly and was really patience and nice. She gave us a lot of recommendations based on our preferences and I ended up getting a drink that I really enjoyed. Try the Deerioca Ube Puff if you haven't. I'll definitely be back for more. The Alley in Windermere is a gem! The vibe is cozy and stylish, the service is friendly, and the drinks are really good. I had the Brown Sugar Deerioca & the Honey Lime Aloe, yum! Easily one of the best bubble tea spots in Edmonton!

Walked out without getting anything. When I came in they looked the other way and when I said hi they looked so confused as to why I was even talking to them. Have never had a more awkward and rude customer service experience
