Found the guy running the front till not very friendly. Ordered the brown sugar bubble tea and it just tasted like a cup of milk, probably one of the worst bubble tea places I've ever tried. My first and last visit to this location.

We ordered the kiwi and taro bubble tea. The kiwi was wonderful but the taro didn’t have any taro flavor at all! Just lots of purple color in it so a little disappointing. But I guess the kiwi was amazing so it made up for the taro one. Service was good. Quick and friendly!

We like it here. Smaller menu than other places, and less for kids, but the tea they make seems closest to that in Taiwan. Their brown sugar ginger roasted milk tea, and crunchy tiramisu milk tea are excellent!

The Crunchy Tiramisu is a disappointment at the Windermere location. This location needs a new blender. There are chunks of ice with every sip. You can’t taste the cereal crunchies as I’m constantly chewing on the ice instead. Not worth it for that price. The same flavor at WEM is more well made.

**to start. I’m not an old fart!! On the contrary. Tea was good BUT. front cashier guy. Short hair and glasses was rude. I Asked for no pearls for my friend and he didn’t comply. Said they can’t omit pearls?! Why not? Asked for a spoon later. Rudely said.** We have no spoons!!! Come on guys! At least 2other male employees were nice! Would be nice to see youth in their twenties be courteous employees?!

Worst customer service. We were in the restaurant 1 minute before the close and attended didnt took the order. Doesn't matter if it is one minute or 2 minute before close we were in the restaurant. That is not a good practice. Her way of saying was rude. Even google doesn't show proper hours that you closing early today. Never had this experience before and have been in this location a lot of time.

West Ed mall branch is 100% better than this one. Ordered the Crunchy Cocoa Milk Tea but there was no crunch in it, also they gave much less lot of cup was empty, overall not at all good! Would not recommend going to this location

I visited this one because the boba shop I actually wanted to go to was closed. I’d been to The Alley in the Brewery District and hated it. I’m not sure why I thought this location would be different. Long story short, I received overpriced, watered-down green tea with “real” artificial flavouring. Pass.
