The Alley has never disappointed me. Staff are nice and atmosphere is so chill and aesthetically pleasing. Love their pearls and drinks and it is definitely on the higher tier of bobbas.

It was so busy today on Canada Day and their sticker machine malfunctioned, but Jordan and Angie were still so nice and were working together so hard to get all the drinks finished on time. The quality was still amazing and the bubble tea tasted so good! 100/10, would recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience at The Alley thanks to Sandy! She was warm, friendly, and full of positive energy. She took her time to explain the menu, answered all of our questions, and was incredibly knowledgeable—especially when it came to lactose-free options, which we really appreciated.
