I used open table to book the banquet. It charged me $40 for the reservation. I thought that money went towards food. Nope I was wrong it was for the 97 club and a cover charge. I don't even drink!!!! I feel like open tank tricked me. When I talked to the restaurant they told me the banquet dos not charge do reservations and my $40 was gone. Seriously do better and refund my money!

We went here before the Oiler game and had a terrible experience. After waiting over an hour for our food, only 2/4 meals came out. We kept waiting and waiting, after 30 minutes the food for the other 2 people never came. I'm not sure if it wasn't rung in or what, but food should always come out at the same time. I would not recommend eating here, there are so many better restaurants in the area.

Really loved the atmosphere and the staff were great. Food was delicious. We had pork belly, chicken Caesar salad, nachos and KFC sliders, chicken tenders and the sweet and spicy chicken burger. 10/10. Onto complaint is the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other at the table. Otherwise amazing job !

Had reservations and were seated as far back as you could go. The music was so loud we couldn't hear each other and the bowling lane was beside us with a child hanging over the wall over our table the whole time (which is not the restaurants fault). I figured the angry hostess which was looking after the door didn't like my response so put us in the worst seat in the house. We were pleasantly surprised that the actual service was pretty good. Most likely will never go back.

Great place to pre game. Drinks were cold, service was good. Didn't eat this time but I've always liked their food in the past. Go oilers.

Great atmosphere , service was fantastic, just felt that the food was sub par !! Ordered the tacos and portions were so small that my 7 year old grand daughter wanted more!!!

Excellent place to visit before an Oiler game or anytime. Our interesting evening... A mistake was made when a food runner delivered our food to another table and they happily accepted it and started eating. The manager and server went above and beyond for us and sincerely apologized and corrected everything. We left The Banquet in time for the Oilers game and had a great evening. We've always liked the food and service but this has made me a loyal customer. Thank you Jake and Ceduna! Go Oilers!

We arrived at 5:15 for our reservation, with no line we had to wait 15 minutes to get seated. They apologized for booking us accidentally in the bowling lane and told us we could get free bowling (only to find out that the lanes weren't working). We were going for the Oilers game and waited one hour when our food still didn't arrive we followed up to cancel our order and then it came out. We had 10 minutes to eat it all so we wouldn't be late for game. The couple next to us didn't even get their food, and they walked out not paying for their drinks because the service was that bad. What made it worse, was we were stunned when they didn't give us any sort of discount, we thought they were an actually going to tell us that our bill was waived. We still have to pay for a bill as we didn't have time to wait for them to talk to a manager. It will be our last time going there.

Meals were just okay. I had fish and chips. nothing outstanding. My wife had the kimchi fried rice. was supposed to come with an egg overeasy. Needless to say the egg was well overcooked. Service was extremely slow. 15 minutes to get a drink and order. 33 minutes for food to arrive. Will definetly be picking a different restaurant next time

Wonderful experience just a few minor things to have prepared when tables are cleared, gloves need to be available, chairs wiped off, great experience will be back again!

Seems understaffed in both the kitchen and servers. Experience over the past 4-5 visits has not met expectations for such the brand in its location. Whole group agreed we most likely won't return.

Came here because we didn’t want to wait in a line for some food and drinks downtown.

1. The service: the waitress came every so often but often got things wrong and forgot stuff like our waters and some shots we ordered. Not a big deal as maybe it was due to the music being so loud maybe she couldn’t hear us, but she had kind of an attitude, maybe she was just having a bad day.

2. The drinks: every cocktail that we ordered just tasted off. Maybe it was the alcohol or maybe simply the ice being made with not so fresh water and dropped into the drinks.

3. The Food: we ordered the Nachos, the hot wings, the rice and chicken bowl and the spicy noodle bowl. The only thing that gets a pass is the nachos, but the proportions were weird because it was a tower instead of spread out and even. Everything else tasted cheap and almost with no flavour.

This whole 3 hour night of drinks, food and bowling for 3 people costed over $350 before the tip…

Just super disappointing for how much we spent. Might be back for bowling and a cheeky beer, but it’s not worth much else.
