I recently visited Bedouin after a long break, carrying high expectations based on how good it used to be. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
The food was simply not good. The steak was tough and poorly prepared, a far cry from what I remembered. It felt like the quality had dropped significantly, making the meal feel like all hype with no substance to back it up.
The service only made things worse. Our server never checked in to ask how the food was or if we needed anything else. Without any conversation or warning, the bill was dropped on the table, even though we were expecting to be asked about dessert. That moment made it clear that our presence was no longer a priority.
The atmosphere did nothing to redeem the experience either. Between the lackluster food, inattentive service, and unimpressive ambiance, there was nothing enjoyable about the visit. It was a thoroughly disappointing experience, and I would not return. If I had the option, I would not even give it one star.

We had a truly fantastic evening at Bedouin restaurant in Edmonton. From the moment we walked in, the host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed, and the servers were just as friendly, providing amazing service throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the couscous with lamb, and the lamb was exceptionally tender and soft. The grilled chicken was also prepared just perfectly. To top off the wonderful meal, we were generously given complimentary tea, soups, and hummus. We couldn't have asked for a better evening—highly recommended!
