We went to Bedouin Restaurant in Edmonton after a family fishing trip, hoping for a good meal and experience, but it was pretty disappointing. The food was delicious, but everything else really fell short. We waited about 10 minutes just to be seated, and it felt like there were either not enough staff or they simply didn’t want to serve us.
When our food finally arrived, there were no serviettes or cutlery, and we had to keep asking for basic items just to eat our meal. The service felt inattentive and rushed, which took away from the whole experience.
The washrooms were clean and the seating area was decent, but that’s about the only consolation. With food this good, it’s a shame the service is so far behind—it really needs a major improvement to make this place worth coming back to.
