We made a reservation two days in advance. When we arrived and were shown to our table, we found that another party was already seated there. The host attempted to resolve the situation and informed the guests that the table was reserved for us, but they argued with both the host and the manager. Meanwhile, we were left standing in the middle of the restaurant for about five minutes while the issue unfolded.
The host reassured us that the table had been incorrectly assigned and that they would ask the other party to move. However, the manager then approached us in a rude and confrontational manner. Instead of apologizing or explaining the mistake, he told us to sit at a different table and insisted that it was ours, even though it was clearly set for five people while we were only a party of three. There was no apology and no accountability. I've never had such crappy service, esepcially from a manager.

We made a reservation 2 days prior, when we were shown to our table there was already a party seated there. When the host tried to move them and inform them its our table they fought with the host and the manager and after 5 minutes of us standing in the middle of the restaurant and the host confirming to us that our table was taken and they will remove the party that was wrongly seated there. The manager rudely approached us and lied to our faces as he told us to go sit at a different table and tried to convince us it was ours, no apology, no explanation, just a rude and confrontational approach after we were wronged. The table the that the manager lied about saying was ours was clearly set for 5 people and we were a party of 3. Not the kind of service I'd expect from an establishment such as this, especially during ramadan. We left before even we were even greeted feeling embarrassed and pushed around.

A special thank you to Salim and Bushraa for the outstanding service. They were both so welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire visit. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of, and their positive attitude truly made the experience even better.
If you’re looking for authentic Moroccan/Libyan food with excellent customer service, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had the chicken tagine with vegetables—absolutely incredible. It’s only available on weekends, so we lucked out and ended up ordering two different types. Both were packed with flavour, and the meat was tender and savoury. The service was thoughtful and excellent throughout.
