I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your establishment. I encountered a situation that was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the customer service standards I expect from your venue.
During my visit, the manager on duty was not only inattentive but also blatantly rude. When I tried to speak with her regarding a concern, she appeared more interested in her phone than in addressing a customer. Her dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism made me feel unwelcome and disrespected.
I hope this matter will be taken seriously, and I trust that you will address it appropriately to ensure better customer service in the future.

I recently had takeout Hawaiian pizza the crust was over cooked, there was little flavour, I will not order again. Pizza is a family favourite and this pizza is one of the worst we have had.
