The atmosphere was unique, either couches and leather chairs to sit at. The furniture was ripped and it felt a little run down. They are going for a high class feel but they use plastic cups for water and over bearing incense for smell.
We did arrive early in the evening and did not stay until it got busier so I don't know what the dancing atmosphere is like. Might be a fun club environment for some, just wasn't the right feel for me.

I absolutely loved this place! I came here with my friends and we had an amazing time. The atmosphere was great, the music was fantastic, and the DJs were unreal — seriously amazing. I love it!
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Special shout-out to the bald guy at the entrance — he was super welcoming and genuinely pleasant, which set a great tone for the whole night.
We had a couple of small issues, but everything was handled quickly and professionally. We were really impressed.
It was our first time visiting this place, and we’re definitely planning to come back more often. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Nice design and atmosphere, terrible staff (consistent with other reviews - complete lack of customer service, smiles, or anything else). My guess is that this bar is just one if you know someone that works there, you go to hang out, and if you're an outsider you will have a terrible time. These bars never last because usually people grow up though you can tell there are some staff there that haven't quite given up on the bar lifestyle. Music is hit or miss. Bouncers are not friendly, coat check will make you want to leave before you continue on, and definitely not worth the cover they charge. There are so many better places to go near there, don't waste your cover.

There’s a bald security guy here who clearly enjoys antagonizing patrons instead of doing his actual job. 2 Fridays ago I was minding my own business, literally just standing and vibing, when he came out of nowhere accusing me of “standing in the way.” That somehow escalated into him trying to kick me out.
Let’s be real. This wasn’t about safety or flow or disruption. This was about a power trip. The way he fixated on me and escalated a non issue says a lot about his psychology. Some people put on a badge or a black shirt and suddenly feel important for the first time in their lives. That seems to be the case here.
The energy was aggressive, insecure, and antagonistic. It gave major little D energy. The kind where validation comes from flexing authority over people who are just trying to enjoy themselves. If provoking customers is how someone copes with personal frustrations, that’s not security. That’s unresolved issues being taken out on paying patrons. Pathetic behavior.
What’s especially telling is reading other reviews and seeing the same bald security guy mentioned again and again. Same story. Same tension. Same pattern. And every time the response magically becomes “disruptive behaviour.” Very interesting how that works.
If multiple customers are complaining about the same employee, maybe the problem isn’t the crowd. Your business depends on people. Respecting customers who are literally just vibing should be the bare minimum.

The vibes are always great and I appreciate the DJ’s playing good music that’s not pop. Security at the door always greet me with a smile and the bartenders and security inside always keep an eye out to make sure everyone feels safe.

The only one who's a charm in this joint is Grace the PR host and the bartenders. I don't know who's reading this, but if you're in Edmonton, I guess you gotta come here, just be aware. Word

This bar was terrible, me and my friend went last night to have a good time and dance. All the sudden we had gotten pulled in by 3 guys who knew the security guards and they let us right in no one ever id the both of us. After realizing what was happening we had tried to leave them but they were trying to get us in corners at the back of the bar. ( we’re 18 and drunk) we went to the bar and had tried talking and signalling for the girl making the drinks to try and help. she looked at me disgusted and handed me more shots even when I was trying to mouth words to her she would look away from me and start talking to someone else.She saw what was happening and let it happen that is disturbing to know that everyone that worked there was okay with older men taking advantage of girls no one cared to id. It’s super unsafe and the staff are absolutely disgusting and awful people. Even the coat lady ignored me when I was explaining that I needed my coat without that guy seeing. Thank god good people are still out there and a lady and her husband had seen and when I got to the bathroom she followed and helped us out the situation. Thank you to whoever you are you saved both of our nights . I would highly recommend going anywhere else unless your okay with the workers letting customers get raped

Watered down drinks and gay music. (edit) the glass was PACKED with ICE and maybe 2 ounces of cola and I could hardly taste any alcohol. Not my first rodeo buddy!!! Losing repeat customer is a bad trajectory for a business. Also note it’s very difficult to restart a business like yours. Keep that in mind.

Went here for the first time the other day, it’s an interesting vibe… they don’t accept cash to get in, and their cover charge is quite high, so if you don’t have cash you have to stand in the longest line ever to take cash out of their atm machine. The front entry staff were also pretty rude to my friends for no reason. It’s also very very dark in here you can hardly see anything at all. There is a dance floor and the music was okay, but it was sort of disco/afro beats not mainstream music or even really the club music you’d expect or at least I was used to dancing to. Didn’t loveeee the vibes in here.
