It's always a great experience here! Food is great, drinks are tasty, servers are friendly and perfect sports atmosphere.

Bad service hosts not welcoming and didn't give us a better seating for my husband it was his birthday and decided to leave

When we walked in the door, the hostess didn't even look at us for a few minutes but stood in front of us talking to a waitress, who also didn't acknowledge us, so we stood there feeling a bit awkward until they finally said ‘hello!' They were lovely once we began to exist, but a quick ‘hi! One moment, please I'll be right with you.' Wouldn't have gone amiss. We were seated before our allotted time, and were quickly asked if we wanted our lobster right away. Our waitress was lovely and did her job well. The lobster came within about 5-10 minutes which was a little disconcerting. We also received garlic bread and the jalapeño Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese came in a container that resembled the microwaved ready made meals you can buy at the supermarket. It had no flavour. The lobster was overcooked, with the meat shrivelled and hardened inside the claw shell. The waitress asked for our opinion, and she genuinely cared. We appreciated her sincerity. She passed on the message to the chef, and she said that the chef was very receptive to feedback and even offered a free dessert for each of us. While greatly appreciated, we both declined as we aren't big dessert eaters, and we wanted to head out. My personal opinion is that lobster deserves respect while cooking, and if it cannot be done with the utmost care and time, at the very least, make the mac and cheese delicious. Especially at $50 bucks a person.

Our server was excellent on a very busy day and the food was great. We had booked party bus tickets to Morgan Wallen but were told the bus was full and were denied boarding. After a quick conversation with Brandon, the manager, he got us an Uber and took care of things immediately. I would Definately book it again.

We ordered paralyzers and they were absolutely disgusting, we aren't even sure the bartender used pop or kaluha in the drink, we think it was made with soda... we asked waitress if she could ask him how it was made and she said oh he's way to busy to ask right now. Waitress wasn't very good at getting us stuff. We went searching for condiments ourselves and she said she would get and didn't bring at all. Bus ride to concert was ok, but maybe they need to tell bus drivers if each bus how many people paid for reserve seating. One bus departed without it even being full and some people got left behind.

Doesn't say on Google that its 18 only and we drove 30 minutes just to be denied

We sat on the patio, it was very nice, clean and comfortable. The servers were friendly and didn't rush us at all. The food was very nice.

If I could leave a no star review I would. 8:30pm on a Friday night, we walk in (4pax) and it says ‘please seat yourself’ so we did. 15 mins later and not a single person acknowledged us. I guess it’s because we were not drunk like the entire place was? We’ve been to all of the Edmonton locations and this is by far worse than anything I have ever seen before. If the cops were smart they would just park outside and nail 80% of the patrons for DUI. Do not come to this location. Not worth it!!!!

Came in for some wings...place was Vibing they had deals on their tankards... ordered lemon pepper wings and our server brought out the food but happen to be a manager. He had great energy and very welcoming! Thanks Brendan for making our night! Cheers

Service was awesome but the food left a lot to be desired. Ordered a donair pizza and the cheese was barely melted and it was cold on the inside. Sent it back after one bite and the waitress was apologetic and instantly comped it. Got a couple of appetizers instead. The garlic fingers were meh and overly doughy. The bacon wrapped jalapenos were good, but that's hard to mess up. Been a number of years since I've been to a CBH and I don't think I need to come back unless I only want booze.

My partner and I would like to give our server Jade a shout out! She was really courteous and funny, and we appreciated how she kindly reminded us that we were on Thursday, not a Wednesday so the “wing Wed” was a day prior. Omg. Thank you for the awesome service once again

Excellent service from our server Jayden. She was friendly and very efficient, always checking back and offering refills. Wings were also excellent.
