The menu options weren't great. The portion sizes were small and very expensive. It wasn't busy yet we had to wait at least 30 mins before our food arrived. It was also very loud. Definitely won't go back. Very dissatisfied. The servers also sucked

We go to this location nearly every week for wing night. The wings are tender and flavourful, and the service is always friendly.

Dead inside and somehow still got food that wasn’t fresh. Service wasn’t great she looked like she hated her life. Told her we didn’t drink and the only discount she told us about was for alcoholic drinks lol

I ordered the chicken parmesan on skip tonight and I never got the garlic bread and I know it wasn't my skip driver because the bag was sealed. And then you could tell the noodles weren't stirred as they were cooked, they were all stuck together and hard. I was looking forward to this because I have loved this dish before but this was very disappointing.

At 4pm on a Friday me and my friends were told by an apathetic young lady to sit anywhere. We grabbed a seat then watch as multiple other people were shown to their seats and had their drink orders taken before a server had ever seen us. Terrible service.

trust me when i tell you the food is horrible and overpriced.

- the portion sizes for the popcorn chicken and chips are laughably small. boston pizza beats this place in every way
- the chicken on the inside is grey and disgusting.
- the garlic bread had barely melted mozzarella and AWFUL bacon
- the food arrived cold
- the fish and chips smell horrible and is chunky on the inside.
- for some reason the garlic bread was the size of a whole medium pizza too??
- the kactus chips were completely unseasoned save for a bit of salt and were very clearly reheated or something! everything tasted disgusting!!!

and i ordered off of skipthedishes and had trouble with their customer support and could only receive a 50% refund back.
never again!!!

Place was dead and service was slow. Ordered boneless wings and they were almost Raw. I'd avoid this place unless you want food poisoning.

TLDR: go to a different location

Right off the bat we were told that we had to share menus despite the place being near empty because there was a 100 person party coming. Not a big deal but weird. How long did they think we needed the menus? And I imagine 100 people filing in might take a while before they need menus. So why inconvenience us with this petty business?

We ordered three steaks. We ordered them MR and MW. All came blue rare.

In the meantime nachos came in with almost no cheese on them. So we’re thinking this kitchen is a mess and don’t want to send our steaks back. Better to pack them up and cook them right at home.

In hindsight we should have just stayed home rather than deal with this place like the party of 100 probably did as they never showed.

Also, maybe figure out how to use the PA and TV system when there are no patrons around rather than trying to figure it out when you are serving dinner.

Won’t be going back.

Had a blast having beer while playing pool. The food was excellent and especially service crew were very nice. And that bar guy Mitch, he made us feel at home. Great place definitely be recommending to my friends :D

Grace served me and my friends tonight. Despite being the only server she was amazing and stayed on top of things!

I reserved a table for 5. We were put into a small booth which would barely accommodate 4 of us. Fortunately the 5th person couldn't join us as it was uncomfortable enough with 4 people. It was very cramped and very very hot in there. AC not working ?? Not sure. Food was good, service was great.
