The Canadian Brewhouse (Edmonton Downtown)

Unfortunately it was the worst service I have had in years. Severs had no idea who's meal was who's. Meals came at all different times and one of our guest got nothing until it was almost time to leave. No drinks were refilled - a few of us never even received our drink. I was clearing away our own dishes because they were never taken away, and the 15 of us were squished into 2 booths even though I had a reservation. Beyond disappointing. Even though I spoke with management, they still charged the 18% gratuity.

Not my favorite CBH but checked all the boxes. Beer was cold and food was excellent as usual.

We have been coming here for the last five months for a class reunion every six weeks or so.

We really enjoy it here, particularly because of the central location.

Work nearby and typically stop here once or twice a week for lunch. Jen is always amazing to have as a server and takes great care of us.

We had the best server the other day. Her name was Jen and we loved her ! Despite it being busy, she provided great services and had the sweetest smile on her face. We will definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again. Thanks Jen!!

I went for wing Wednesday recently and knew that I would have to buy a drink for the wings to get the 69 cent deal but my waitress also informed me there would be a gratuity included too which caught me by surprise as were only a group of 3 but it wasn’t a bad inconvenience because I leave a tip anyways but when the bill comes it’s 25 dollars which is about 7 bucks more than it should be (I got 20 wings which is 17.80 plus the drink, and the bill was 25.50) the waitress also skipped the tipping option on the machine which is pretty suspicious and leads me to believe I got scammed.

This was one of the worst experiences i’ve had at a restaurant. Waited 10mins to even get menus or service, after i had to stop a server and ask. Drinks didn’t hit the table for 30mins. The women’s bathroom was filthy with toilet all over the floors and toilets were full of toilet paper. Table maintenance was very poor and tables around us sat with empty glasses and dishes for the majority of our dinner. Our server Brooklyn was not attentive or friendly, maybe she was having a bad shift, not sure. They were clearly very understaffed as well.

The service wasn't good The food was ok Disappointing in that it was a Morgan wallen event and lots of people Kitchen took long drinks too And the bus was sooooo hot
