Nice friendly servers & customer service, very efficient & timely, I loved the way they handled their customers and even the people who weren't, also the fact that they didn't feel the need to upsell or rush us. My husband and I were taken care of by 3 different servers and all of them were great. 😊

Our food was forgotten and served to us very late and one of our burgers was cold. They didn't charge us for that burger, which is great. Our waitress was nice but I don't think we were prioritized at all for having a reservation. We were completely forgotten about. I feel our table wasn't in a real section, which made it hard for the waitress to keep up. Also the bathrooms were disgusting and unusable.

This is the place to go to watch an Oilers game (if you’re not going to the game). It has a lot of seating (get there early) and a ton of beers, and bar food available.
The atmosphere is rocking and it is seemingly packed about 30 mins before puck drop.
Their offerings are similar to a CBH but they have an ice room for you to drink vodka shots in. It’s a bit pricey and more of a novelty, but if you’re there, you might as well try it.
Also, people here are super nice. Service is top notch. Fun experience for sure!

We have oilers season seats so we come to the ice house almost every game to have a meal before the game. usually we don't have any issues but last night january 10 we went to have dinner and when i attempted to use my code $15 off a $40 or more meal the waitress told me that it was not available. i showed her the app and said its right there. she then went to her manager who stated it was over $75 bill. i told her to take my physical phone to show her. she then came back and apologized saying it's an error but she would take $15 off my bill and would take my drink off since it was $15. i then paid and noticed on the bill that i was charged $15 for my drink BUT my drink should have been $7.99 as it was on special so not only did i have to beg to use a coupon off the app but i also was over charged on my drink. not a good experience. also the donair had like no meat on it and was super dry not enough sauce :(
