Good food but crappy service. I called to make a reservation and I don't know if she didn't understand or what - but she left me thinking they don't take reservations and had a table open. When we got there, they asked if we had a reservation... Even though on the phone she said they were walk in only. So we ended up waiting 40 min for a table - one of which sat open for 15 min for a reservation. Then, when we were done our server sort of just watched us and didn't bring the bill until we waved at them 5 min later. I dunno. Service just killed the night. Might start going back to the south side location instead.

food was awesome, service was terrible. our waiter took our orders, brought our food and we never saw him again. not only that, we didn’t have an interaction with a waiter for the rest of the meal. had to go find someone to ask for the bill.

The worst ever! $100 in the garbage! Nothing on the shrimp was cleaned including the vein! We do understand that we would have to remove the head and shell but not every single thing on the shrimp. Ridiculous! Plus the taste was really really bad and the shrimp was not fresh. Ew overall! Definitely first and last time! Not even 1 star!!

We ordered the player $125 plus tax. Let me say it was good service at start until I asked 1 question then it was very rude service. They food came in 2 minutes from the time we ordered and it wasn’t hot. They don’t clean the headless shrimp the guts are still in them. It was very disgusting. Would I come back? No. Do I recommend it? No. Red lobster does the boil thing for a better price and they give you clean food.

Rather pricey, not a place I get to very often but when I do it's worth every penny. King crab is where it's at for me. Highly recommend the seafood rice. Do not come wearing white or with full makeup. You will get very messy.
Very disappointed. Spent a hundred and fifty dollars on dinner for 3. I ordered in store.It was ready within fifteen minutes. So that made me a little curious we got it home, not only did they?Forget to put items in our order and had to drop it off on their way home forty five minutes later. But our food was pretty much cold.I lived right across the street.So it should have been cold. Not only that, the tuna and all of it was way overboiled.The corn was so mushy like water. And my eighty four dollar lobster wasn't even solid meat.It was mushy like tuna. You figured they would have cracked the lobster.Shells, since it was a to go order and people would be eating it at home. But no, we had to go downstairs.And get tools out to eat our lobster because they didn't even break the shell. Definitely won't waste my money there again.

This was my first time at this business .Regarding my review on the subject of food, I ordered the shrimp boil and it was OK Value pricewise because you got fairly large shrimp and a fair amount. The real disappointment was that I had to work at my dish to eat it. The shrimp arrive in a plastic bag!?! The shrimp are still with their shells, legs and tails. While I’m peeling all of them, it’s hard because of the oil so I gave up after a few and took my meal home and did it there. Your hands are covered in oil unless you use the plastic gloves they give you lol. The shrimp will be cold by the time you Peel them All. I asked for mild spice because I want a little flavor, but I can’t handle heat and it was a little too spicy for me so I should’ve asked for the bland. Ordered the side of brussels sprouts for about $10. There was definitely not a lot there for the price. I’d be willing to try this place again, but I definitely won’t order the shrimp. My friend ordered the lobster bisque which she said was great.

I give 3 stars because it’s really weird to eat out of bags. It is nothing like the advertising on tv about dumping a pot of the boil on your table. It’s legit individual giant clear bags brought to you to eat out of and no cutlery no plates or bowls. Just ape like eating. The food was delicious though.
