Loved your food at the Federal Way, WA, USA restaurant. I wish you would/could open more in Tacoma or the State Capitol!!!!
I ordered goddess salad and it is not the same what they said in the menu they put one slice of avocado no cheese, and I don’t know what kind of sauce they have. The sauce is not enough when we ask more they tell us we have to pay more and we pay extra money for the extra sauce when I started to eat , there is long black hair in it so disgusting. I ask money back. They never give money back and I’m thrown out all day the worst customer service I ever seen we give the food back, but we never get our money back so people please don’t go there the worst experience ever located in Kingsway Mall
It's the best food and diet to eat. For people with diabetes and to prevent diabetes and dementia which are strongly linked. Virgin olive oil, and naturally oily fish are anti inflammatories to the brain; while vegetable fats sugar salts are destructive to the brain and the heart. Chopped leaf is the best because it's the Mediterranean diet, proven by research as the best healthiest diet, brown rice not white is too, that's at chopped leaf. Chicken, nuts is protein and good for yo. Freshii is also good in a similar way. Half the plate should be fresh natural leafy greens, a quarter protein such as nuts, chicken, beef, a quarter carbs.
Got the goddess bowl and found a long thick black hair. Totally lost my appetite. Poor customer service.

I have no words. I went to many chopped leafs and no problem substituting ingredients like taking out onions there excuse at this location was we pre packaged everything so we can’t substitute anything which does not make sense everything should be fresh to order. I asked dressings on the side for the salad so I can eat it later on and she kept saying we put everything on the side than I got my salad and definitely not on the side and asked her she just shrugged her shoulders and didn’t care
I never had service this crappy never again this location and I don’t do reviews but this time I’m extremely disappointed
recently visited Chopped Leaf and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — you could really taste the quality in every bite. Thier Desi cuisine mesmerized me and i would recommend them to everyone planning for events.
They did an amazing job to cater for our large group lunch, had everything labelled and organized for us!

Ordered Southwest bowl with chicken. The chicken was like rubber but I thought I'll just not eat it...the salad had no sauce, I went to the counter and asked if I could have a bit more sauce or dressing, she refused and said that's the way we make it..I said OK I want more sauce please..I was will to pay, she was rude and said nope that's how we make it..there is no extra sauce. Then I said the chicken, which I held up and you could see it was rubber and looked imitation, doesn't look good either. She say oh well that's our chicken. Rude, ignoremant lady. I have shopped at a lot of Chopped Leafs, but I will never again! I'll take my money elsewhere. I through the bowl out.

I ordered a Caesar Wrap & Chicken Quesadilla on Feb/10/2025 for delivery as I was stuck at work & unable to leave site to get lunch.
My order arrived from my DoorDash driver at approx 1:05 PM, no issues at all.
Upon opening up my wrap & taking a bite, nothing seemed out of the ordinary. My second bite however, was a little bit more on the hard side. I heard & felt a crunch in my mouth & upon removing the unknown article from my mouth to keep from swallowing it, whatever it was. Examining the object closer after putting it on the wrapping paper, I found two metal staples!!
I immediately began looking through the remainder of my food & luckily did not find anything else mixed inside. This, of course ruined my appetite & I immediately threw the remainder of the wrap in the garbage.
This was, not only dangerous, but an extremely unacceptable food safety standard.

I ordered my favourite Teriyaki bowl, but unfortunately I could not eat it as it was so dry with hardly any sauce. I went back to the cashier for more side and was told I had to pay for it.
I am sure they reduced the standard serving to cut cost. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Too bad for my favourite salad bar.

Terrible quesadillas! Fell apart before eating. Sparse amount of cheese and chicken. My wife ordered cranberry chicken sandwich, again very little chicken and cranberry. Both were VERY DRY meals. I threw quesadilla out as not edible.

It it appeared that employee was occupying by portable device. Next question - goddess bowl please. Sorry do not have sweet potato.. . Ok proceeded to select product available. Time to pay comes. Payment equipment ask for tip?? For WHAT Chopped Leaf? Last nail in the Coquitlam, BC experience.. sorry not able to produce receipt. Printer is down. No desire to come back to this location or business operating this way.
I have always wanted to try this place. I was just diagnosed with celiac disease. I thought maybe they might have gluten free options. Upon asking, the girl at the till literally threw a menu at me. I looked over it, still not sure. When I talked to the girl, putting the meals together, she didn't seem to understand what celiac or gluten free was. She told me because my situation was serious she wouldn't serve me. So, that put a downer on my day. Thanks, Chopped Leaf, but I won't be coming back. Get some nicer staff.
