Visited Chopped Leaf and had a fantastic experience! The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The restaurant was also very clean. Highly recommend! Great lunch option. Will continue to go to this location.

I was there on Feb 21 2023 at 4:54as an online courier. I was badly mistreated by employees because she thought I was late to pick up, infant I was 4 minutes earlier. She is very rude with me and when I was trying to explain and show my pickup time on my phone to her she ignored and threatened me to get out from the store. This is not something I expect from the businesses. As I am working as a one of the part of the business. Restaurant needs to train professionalism to their employees.

I have been to several Chopped Leaf locations and this is by far the worst one. I ordered two Bangkok wraps; one with prawns and the other with no protein. The evil peanut dressing (which I love) was not very evil. It seemed watered down. Not as flavorful as usual. The wrap that was to include prawns, which I paid an extra $6 for, had a measly 2 small prawns in it. My husband was very disappointed as there are usually at least 5 decent sized ones. I don't think I will be visiting this location any time soon.

I went in here to check it out. I had read the reviews first and noticed someone said that an employee was handling his phone, while wearing gloves, and then subsequently prepared their food with the same gloved hand.As soon as I went in, a young man came from the back area. I couldn't help but notice he was wearing a glove. He then took a peice of paper towel and wiped the glove. It made no sense. It was so off-putting given the review I had read, so I just left. As such, I couldn't say for sure if he would have prepared my food wearing the glove, but I just wasn't comfortable eating food prepared by somebody with such bizarre rationale.

Have come here for lunch twice now and the two girls working behind the counter are so slow. We waited almost 20 minutes for a sandwich and a wrap. I also paid for an extra dressing with my sandwich and once again didn't get it so I paid an extra $1 for nothing. Not impressed especially cause I did tip when paying.

Not impressed with the Capilano mall location. Ordered a sunshine wrap with prawns. The lettuce was limp, cucumber was squishy, nothing was fresh and it had too much dressing. ?I usually go to the one on 104th Ave around 120 street and it is always fresh and excellent. So disappointed with this location.

The oldest reviews of this place are clearly phony. This location was started with deceptive marketing. However, the sandwich I bought today was delicious. The ingredients were certainly unadulterated. The litmus test for real food: my fingers didn't stink for three hours after I finished it, which stands in stark contrast to my experience at most other chain sandwich shops.

Just watched the employee pull his ph out of his pocket and use it while preparing a salad. Then he pulls it out a second time and continues scrolling with his gloved hand and makes a call. He handled salad and other food products with that dirty gloved hand. Totally disgusting. No wonder people get sick from takeout ???

I used to work at a Chopped Leaf before so I know it's a management trying to cut costs thing, but my quesadilla had absolutely no cheese on it, and the outer two pieces were literally just dry tortilla. Like come on, please spare just a bit more cheese I'm begging you.

Yummmm ....Delicious food with the added bonus of being healthy and filling! Had the Santa Fe Bowl and the Sunshine wrap - the bowl was filling so I saved the Sunshine wrap for the next day - delicious, fresh! I did this through Skip the Dishes looking for something different - no regrets and pleasantly surprised. I will be dining in next time!If you are looking for something different - do this!No pictures to share because I was too busy eating, haha!
