Servers were fantastic. Afternoon tea was great! Dinner - the prime rib was tough to chew. And the meal was very salty Wouldn't hurt if someone got rid of the bugs on the windows and curtains. Pretty gross.
The hotel staff were lovely from reception to Confederation Room staff to Jackson who gave us a mini tour and then Jacob serving high tea, Total perfection for my granddaughter and I marking her 18th birthday. Thank you very much,
This was our second year attending the Christmas Eve dinner and it was wonderful. The hotel is bustling with holiday cheer and provides a wonderful setting. The food and drink (wine pairings in particular) were delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive, and contributed to a relaxing and memorable experience.
