Stopped by with some friends and it was a good time. My one gripe is that I was wanting a soda, and all they had was the fancy expensive kind out of a bottle, maybe it's so there is less Chance of spilling but still I would love a fountain pop, aside from that there is a great selection of games, we played Catan. Maybe I missed it but a recommendation of which games to play based on time/difficulty/learning curve would be nice, we did not have time to learn a new game so we had to go with something everyone knows.

The staff here are so sweet and super helpful! They make us feel as comfortable as we would be playing in our own living room. Whether it’s a date night or we’re bringing our friends for a fun night out they never disappoint!! Shoutout to Reese for giving us the best service!

Plenty of games, lots of fun to be had, but the nachos are very over priced and they only give a tiny dish of salsa. They charge $1.50 for subsequent tiny dishes of salsa and they refuse to budge. The dish barely lasted 5 chips. Very annoying and ruined the overall mood. Eating nachos with no dip sucks.

Edit: upon receiving a reply to this review, all I can say is, for a $20 plate of nachos made with, at most, $5 worth of ingredients, if someone wants more salsa, just give it to them. Obviously there are limits and you don't want to see perfectly good salsa go to waste but if the person clearly needs more to get through the plate of nachos, there should be no issue providing that.

I asked about a specific product, and the staff member who was helping me allowed me to go behind the front counter to look at it because it was too high for her to reach. I appreciated it a lot. Then her boss came and told me to get out of there because I wasn't allowed to be there. I understand there are rules, but he didn't even ask why I was back there. I didn't want to get the staff member in trouble, so I left. I was going to purchase a different game, but I just left. The selection was poor, but that is not the reason for my low rating. The person who told me I didn't belong behind the counter could have spent a few seconds assessing the scene or by asking one simple question, and there would have been no issue. I was asked to come and take a closer look and asked to help reach the product. He is obviously a micromanager who doesn't trust his employees. I will not go back, and I will tell others not to shop or play there.

Staff is super rude won't recommend this place at all!

The girl with the red hair was very rude, she almost threw the tea at me when I told her I didn't ask for a misto. She started yelling when she was leaving and being very obviously pissed off.

HEXAGON BOARD GAME CAFE--
This place is really clean and has friendly staff. The board game selection is decent, while you will definitely find a game to play!

I would recommend this place if you are going with just one other person. Any groups larger than four, I don't think it's worth it because it will end up getting pricey, including all the requirements that you have to purchase. ($4.50/PERSON/HR)
