Music and vibes were good, went on fiesta fridays, I went to the bathroom and was gonna use the second sink in the bathroom and the lady they have selling feminine stuff just literally push me not in an aggresive way but I dont appreciate being touched in that way she could of easily told me something and she didnt.

Very dirty, servers use same shot glasses that someone just took a shot with and pour up more shots in the same glass and serve again. I understand people are drunk but this is absolutely disgusting and I’ve witnessed it on multiple occasions.
Update: As per the response below, I was not being served by the bartender, I was in a booth where I saw this in front of my eyes. I highly doubt there are dishwashers in the booths, just take extra measures to inform the bottle service people that this is not okay.

I came here from Toronto and honestly, I was extremely disappointed. The club was way over capacity on a Saturday Halloween night you could barely breathe or move, and people were stepping on each other, which was irritating,I dropped my purse and was looking for it, so I was trying to move through the crowd and I accidentally bumped into a security guard ,the tall Black guy with the round head during all the pushing. Instead of understanding the situation, he immediately grabbed my wrist and forcefully dragged me out.
The behaviour was completely unprofessional. Accidents happen in a packed environment, especially when the venue is overcrowded. If management can’t control capacity or train staff to handle situations with basic professionalism, it’s not worth your time or money. this was by far one of the worst clubbing experiences I’ve had. Definitely would not recommend if it’s busy. If you can’t handle a 5’3 girl accidentally bumping into you in a club that’s overpacked, I don’t think you should be a security guard. I’ll be letting my Toronto girlies know not to come here it’s disappointing.

Illusion Nightclub was 🔥 but Krisha and Raelynne? Next level. These two gorgeous ladies weren’t just easy on the eyes—they were fast, fun, and knew how to keep the vibes going all night. Service with a smile, a little sass, and just the right amount of charm 😉. If you’re hitting up Illusion, trust me… you’ll want to be at their table. 10/10 would come back just for them.
