The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - West Edmonton

This is our place to go! Service is amazing and friendly! I really needed a night out and I left with a smile! Thank you to all employees that make it a great experience!

We always have a great time at the Keg. The baked brie appetizer is something my wife and I highly recommend. The prime rib was beautiful as always and my wife enjoyed her steak. The Billy Miner pie is the best dessert.

What a great place! The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for a dinner with your family or friends. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and all the ones we tried were delicious. I especially the cake and stakes , which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The staff was friendly (April) and efficient, making our visit a very pleasant experience. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the city.

Four of us dined one steak was sent back three times and was still not correct. The dessert had plastic in it overall the disappointment.

We had a very enjoyable evening at the Keg - celebrated a grandson's birthday at his request at the Keg. The only negative & it's a small one was, my Teriyaki sirloin was a bit tough, other then that everything was very good.

We celebrated our 41st anniversary at the Keg. The entire experience was great. We ofter eat at other steak houses and The Keg does a better job on the steaks. The free desert for our anniversary was a bonus as well. We will definitely continue to choose the Keg as our steak house of choice. Great work.

For the crazy prices they ask, would I come again? Never Steak was good, the rest underwhelming. My husband was appalled at receiving 3 undercooked green beans and a couple beet chunks, very boring garlic potatoes. For $50 plate wow The restaurant itself is downright ugly, told my kids we were going to ‘The Keg', and was extremely surprised to see how dark, bland and old the interior is. Our expectations were just simply not met at all.

My wife and I try to have a date night at least once a month and it's always to The Keg. We have been doing this for almost two years and have never had a bad experience. The food, the service and staff have always been amazing. ‘‘This is our date night place”

We had a great waiter and awesome service. Food was excellent as always but still I bit pricey for us retired folks.

We eat here all the time and we were very disappointed in the cook on the steaks. I sent my back twice and the rest of my party keep their but they were either a bit over cooked medium rare was more medium and rare steak was close to the blue side. Our server and the manager were very good no issues with them at all.

Arrived at 5:45. one girl was working like mad to get people ready to go in. The other girl was standing by her table looking at the tablet,. not helping at all. I went up to announce I was here for mynreservation. no reply just an annoance look. I went to sit dow since I was early. waited a few minutes and went to the girl running around to get everyone in. I did not know if my reservation was recognize. She told me I was early. Will get me as soon as possible.. When we got in I saw many tables empty. Why the hassel for coming early. Other than this the keg experiencev was excellent. Reception is very important in the retaurant business. Do you need 2 receptionist. If so have both person working and getting people seated. Standing around and ignoring one that is trying to tell you they are here for their reservation is not good. I felt very bad (could use more inapprioate words).
