Prime rib, Chicago steak and sirloin Oscar were all excellent. Very busy but a little less noise level would have been great, but that's what comes with a popular restaurant. Service was very good and food came very efficiently.

It was good even though we're late like almost 45 mins they still accommodate us. Thanks a lot

I have been attending this place for 20 years. Never sent a plate back to the kitchen. I ordered a 14oz prime rib medium rare. It came grey it was so over cooked. No cap no nothing. It's still tasted good. Our server came and saw it and went straight back to the kitchen and the manager came out and took the plate from me saying “I don't know what that is, I'm sorry” he was back in 3 mins with a flawless piece of prime rib cooked to perfection. The service at this location is unchallenged as being the best. Thanks guys

The Keg is my fave always my go to especially for my birthday dinner which will be December 18th, in my opinion the Keg is 10 times better than Ruth Chris.

Area for improvement include lighting, that bright glaring light over the table was very uncomfortable. As a migraine sufferer it did somewhat ruin what would have been an excellent experience in every other way.

We like the Keg because it's consistent. For the most part, they continued this trend. Service was personable and efficient. Food was very good with the exception of our steaks - temperatures were grossly under. My wife's medium tenderloin was barely medium rare, bordering on rare. My rare Kansas Striploin was blue at best. I would rather have under than over so that was ok. Our server quickly took the wife's back to get to the proper temperature. All was good afterwards. We have been many times and this was the first time temps have been messed up so bad so we're willing to let it slide, especially when everything else was great.

I was dining with my elderly mother, so we shared a meal (as we always do). The Keg is very good at doing this, never making us feel bad for not ordering a meal each. They even split our salad into 2 bowls for us. I've been going to this Keg for the last 20 years and Kelsey was the best server I've ever had there. He was very attentive, but not over bearing. He did suggest upsells but did not pressure us. The prime rib was delicious and the complimentary Billy Miner Pie for my birthday was an extra special ending for the evening. I will be back for sure!

Please Renovate this dump already. Why is it? I can go to the keg anywhere else in Canada and they look amazing and this one looks like it came right out of a western movie.? I feel like I’m at the outback steakhouse in 1993. And get some proper lighting. Not going back to this location until

I ordered a prime rib sandwich and my partner had the baseball steak. We indicated one of us had an allergy, one of the managers, Dan, canned by to check on the allergy. He was professional and we loved the due diligence. Or server was Carly and Betty attentive to us. Overall, a positive experience.

We are not regulars in the true sense of the word but when we fancy steak we visit The Keg. My favourite is the Prime Rib and this time I must say it was the best ever. I was a little disappointed though having to pay $4.00 for a Yorkshire Pudding that was a burnt disappointment, hollow, no mass and as mentioned - burnt. Our waitress was amazing, she helped us have a memorable evening with friends. Overall, taking everything into consideration I would give our dining experience a 7 out of 10 and that could have been higher if the Yorkshire Pudding was properly made.
