Excellent food and service, but the acoustics are poor. It is the noisiest restaurant I've been in, making talking and hearing difficult. There must be acoustic panels or something that could help.

Overcooked steak to start with is bad, but bad service will always make the experience far worse. This location is usually very good, but tonight was a complete letdown. Food not done right, table not cleared of dishes and glasses as they are emptied. My steak was inedible but I wasn't going to sit for another half an hour for another to be cooked so tried to eat it but it was so dry and overdone I ended up taking it home to throw into some soup later.

I've always heard local friends recommend it, and after trying it this week, I felt it lived up to its reputation. The rib steak was fantastic, tender and fragrant. I was even more surprised by how delicious the steakhouse's desserts were, with a rich, creamy flavor and not overly sweet. The lady traveling with me raved about it. I'd especially like to thank our waiter Brady for his warm and friendly reception and recommendations. Although he was very busy, he provided us with just the right amount of attentive service, which greatly enhanced our dining experience. We had a wonderful dinner.

Dinner was amazing, atmosphere was perfect and our waiter Adam rocked! Absolutely recommend the Keg west Edmonton it never disappoints!!

Food was amazing and honestly for a 32oz steak and full boater with an alcoholic drink I expected it to be a bit more but was pleasantly surprised when the bill came. It was my birthday dinner and couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely chat with chef and waiter was superb. Thankfully the photoshoot with the loud, oblivious neighbourhood kids didn't start until the last few minutes we were there. Taking 50+ selfies and photos with us sitting and eating right beside us was not the highlight of our evening. Overall, it was a fabulous evening out in 12+ years.

Food taste was amazing, service just WOW no less only downside is the noise volume. For some it's a problem so have in consideration that it's very noisy

Great overall experience. But in the pricer side for what we got, but cannot complain. Asia, was also a great server!

Fantastic evening at the Keg! The service provided from Kevin was exceptional. The atmosphere reminded me of a big family gathering. The staff mingled with patrons and each other in a very relaxed manner. Everyone helped each other seamlessly through the busy supper hour. Take a bow Keg staff!!!! Thank you for a great evening.
