Went for my 60th Birthday. My wife has dietary restrictions which the server and management took seriously. I am often critical of the food but absolutely no complaints! Started with calamari. It was ok. Ordered the prime rib, rare, with add on shrimp skewer, garlic mashed. Portion size was impressive, done as requested and shrimp perfectly cooked. One of the best prime rib I have had! Only ONE COMPLAINT- they have the dullest steak knives i have ever used. I requested a second and it was not much better! So full had no room for dessert. I will definitely go back. Just bring my own steak knife next time.Dietary restrictions: My wife is celiac with dairy and potatoe, squash family intolerances. The management took the time to understand and offer suggestions. She had the pistachio crusted salmon with vegetables she could have and a great side salad. Well prepared and tasty meal! It was nice to leave after the meal for her not being concerned she would have a reaction to what was prepared!

Went here for my birthday recently! Food is always excellent and service is always excellent no matter what! Keagan was out waitress and she was super awesome! Than you for a wonderful experience, you made this birthday girl very happy!Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and my spouse is allergic to heavy cream, they accommodated us. No gluten free bread available, but the steak, veggies and potatoes are all gluten free so I'm happy.

It's probably my favorite keg ever since the wyhte avenue one closed. The steaks are almost always cooked perfectly to your demand and I've never had a disappointing meal to date. I come here 5-10 times a year with various group sizes, wait staff of course varies, and I've never had the same server twice, but overall they're always pleasant and reasonably attentive.

Would had more but they said they were booked and wasn't even packed..which we could of had more..Food is always amazing.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking was awesome for wheelchair and the doors was excellent..how ever I think the bathroom needed to be a bit bigger getting in but I found the rest of the pathways to the table were nicely wide enough..thank you for making it accessible.

I remember the first keg my father brought me to in the 90's, back then people made a point to dress up to go, though the patrons have changed, and maybe they don't dress up as much anymore several things haven't changed, and those are the caliber of the staff, quality of food, and experience. The Windemere location is a shining example of this.We did have one issue with a steak on this last visit, but Tracey the manager went above and beyond to make things great again, she was very diligent in her resolve, and very personable. We also had an amazing sever by the name of Procopiof, a very attentive class act of a gentleman & server. Any restaurant can end up with random issue, but not every team can come correct on it, this team did. It's for these reasons we are loyal, I easily say I have had meals at the keg which gave Ruth's Chris, a run for their money. Cant wait to go back

The keg is wonderful as it is delish and consistent. We had a lovely meal and loved every bite. My side was not correct but it was fixed immediately and was not an issue.It did get a bit loud, but we chalked it up to being a lively Friday night. We were also right by the washrooms service entrance which is not the most optimal spot.Overall, great meal as always!
