Food was great. And our server "sam" was awesome. The only thing that can be improve is the soacing of the tables. Very close to each other
Saturday buffet was amazing. Incredible selection and service. Excellent value for the price!
there was four of us that came that night for her birthday no recognition of the birthday the food was good. The service was so slow.
Excellent service and amazing food love how they really look after their diners and follow up if there is something else we need
This was our first time at the River Cree and the Kitchen restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed it all.
Well i tried pretty much everything on their menu, first of all the seafood chowder is a joke, never seen a tomato and sardine seafood chowder before. Chicken burger was dry and had 0 taste. The chicken soup had no taste and instead of using potatoes they use macaroni. Prices are not worth it for the low quality of food. Only thing I found decent there was the steak bites , found those ok. Service isn't that great. Buddy wouldn't even come refill our glasses with water the whole time we were there eating. The atmosphere is good and considering its convenient for anyone staying at the hotel. That's probably the only thing they have going for them. Food is definitely cheap quality 😅. And last but not least their chicken gyoza aka dumplings, I believe was like 15 dollars for like 7 or 8 little dumplings. Only time to come here would be on Sundays or Mondays after 4pm when it's 50% off. Because even then it isn't worth it.

The menu is versatile and plenty of options. I would definitely return and try a new recipe each time. Our waiter was so friendly and super knowledgeable
Family of 4 dined at The Kitchen: Sundays & Mondays 50% off entire menu promotion. Service started off ok and then went downhill at the end. Meal was standard hotel fare. Appetizers were okay. Entrees lacked seasoning. Server checked ar first bites and at end of meal. No dessert and should have been a clear indication to bring the bill. Waited almost 10 minutes to pay and leave. For those who want a chance to dine out, this promotion is good value. Otherwise for those who want a more elevated experience don't bother.
Our server was absolutely amazing! We were served by Maresh who couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Two of us had rib eye steaks that were mouth watering, my husband had the butcher block and my daughter had the chicken and ribs. We were all very pleased with the food and the service. Will definitely return !
Me and my family come here every Sunday for the breakfast buffet and I can’t remember his name but our usual waiter is extremely polite! The food is amazing and if you ask, they give you fresh full waffles and sunny side up eggs too! We come every Sunday and are going to keep returning we haven’t been somewhere new in a while! We love this place ! The price is good only about 17-18 dollars per person while some other buffets charge almost up to 50 dollars! Cheap, good service, amazing food, and a good experience overall!

Our experience is always positive when we visit the Kitchen, last night was no exception, excellent food and service again.
$80 per person Thanksgiving dinner was the grossest, most overpriced, unattended meal we've ever had the misfortune of being a part of. Meat and cheese deli tray was stale, dried up, and hard. Buffet dishes were uncirculated, unattended, and sometimes completely empty or missing. Cold crab legs on ice, dried and hard sushi, disgusting stuffing, raw turkey, over done prime rib. Just ridiculous. Manager Budr was very thankful and smiling and laughing while I did his job for him and literally walked him around and showed him all the issues with all the dishes.

Came here yesterday at 3:30pm and was seated for 15 mins watching staff walk back and forth without coming to our table. The restaurant only had 5 other tables with people who were already eating their meals. Finally walked out without being served. Perhaps it's an one off but it's enough for us to stay away. Ended up going to Tap 25 where it's bright and lively with a waitress who took my order within 5 mins.
