Visit: September 2025

We got a The Paul and The Sandor. The sandwiches were good, but we didn't expect them to be cold sandwiches. Heated up in the oven they were really good! It was also a bit odd that one of the sandwiches had way more ingredients than the other (Sandor was much more than Paul), so I'm not sure if that's by design or a consistency issue

The theme of the store was really cool with a lot of retro games and display items which was very cool to eee

This is such a fun and unique concept! My friend and I visited for lunch and took our lunch boxes to the park across the street for a picnic. The staff are friendly and the sandwiches were fresh and tasty! Loved the variety of snacks to choose from to add to our lunchboxes as well!

I ran over to the lunchbox and grab a sandwich while I was working in the area and I am so happy I did! Your sandwiches are delicious. The service is excellent. I didn’t even wait very long for “The Greco” and “The Andy“ and while I waited, I enjoyed the bright and welcome atmosphere as well as the very cool nostalgic collectibles, they have including the Pac-Man arcade game! I would recommend this to all of my friends and family. Keep up the great work guys!

The food here is always great whenever I come in. The sandwiches feel well-priced, even after the prices went up, though I don’t think the value proposition is there for the lunchbox meal—an additional $6-7 feels steep for a pop and 3 cheap candies. Still, the box can be fun to order just for vibes alone, as it’s quite lovely to carry this little box to the park or legislature grounds and munch on the candy of our youth as dessert.

They also have a tiny Pac-Man machine at toddler height, which is great for little kids.

I’ll continue going here whenever I’m in the area!

What a cool little sandwich joint! Was in the area and decided to try it and happy I did! The lady taking/filling my order was very friendly and the restaurant was bright, clean and welcoming! It’s definitely not a fast food drive through style joint, but the quality and flavour is definitely worth the wait. Probably the tastiest breakfast sandwich I’ve had…legit tasted homemade! They have a cool concept of adult “lunchboxes” where you can build your lunch with sandwiches, drinks and snack. The only downside to this place is the parking. Finding a spot was tricky…especially with parents dropping off their kids at the daycare next door. Don’t let this deter you from stopping by and giving them a go. I look forward to trying all their sandwiches.

Tried The Brig for lunch today. It was good and portion was satisfying. I felt it was good value for the money. I think next time I’ll have to try something else and I bet it’ll be even better.

Great local sandwich spot with the best sandwiches in Edmonton. It’s always a challenge for me to pick - The Andy, The Paul and the Sandor are all personal favourites. The service is always great and staff are very friendly.

Awesome summertime patio spot as well with great views of the river valley. It’s located right off the bike path so makes a perfect stop for a patio beer and sandwich.
