Our server was great ! Very friendly and good service. But I don’t think I would come back for all the courses. And I don’t think it was worth $200+. If I were to come back it would be for chocolate fondue only 🤷‍♀️

The meals are filling and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff are so friendly and accommodating.

We have been a few times over the last year and every single time it seems to get worse.

Last night we came for our 10 year anniversary. Finally for the first time we’ve been in the last year they accommodated our request for a private table.

We asked for cheese dipper refills 3 times before they were brought out. By time they brought them all the cheese had burnt because the burner was so high.

Then we waited 15 minutes before they even brought our broth to start heating up.

We waited 30 minutes for our first water refill. We asked for sauces and meat refills (we got the endless fondue) and that took forever. We were basically done our meat by time they brought the sauces.

The second water refill we didn’t even get. We actually nearly went and filled our cups in the bathroom.

The dessert pineapple dippers were rotten. It looked like the fruit had been sitting cut up in the fridge for over a week. So gross.

For such an expensive dinner I expect actual fine dining service. The last two times we came back thinking maybe it was a mishap but now I’m starting to think this is their standard service and it’s poor.

Wonderful experience our server Alex G was fantastic, he was one of the best servers we have had in a long time, he made our evening even better

Prices very high for what you get… looks like Costco pre-made items that you dip yourself into cheese or chocolate.

Staff make an effort, but seem rushed and over-assigned to give sufficient effort.

Value could be improved. Took 3 hours to get our food and desert.

This was a place we always wanted to try and we finally did tonight but deeply regret it. A few things people should know before making the same mistake we did: this place is EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get, server was rude and unfriendly, service VERY slow, server tried to sell us more food than we wanted and scoffed at us when we ordered the dishes we did, cheese and broth “had” to come out at different times even though we asked for both at once, pots came out cold which is just bizarre given the amount of time it took for them to come out and that is literally all they serve!! They give you a bit of bread (hello, the baguette you likely bought from Superstore is $1!) and then you get 4 pieces of apple, some chonky carrots, a few mushrooms and some broccoli. Then they present all these dipping sauces like they’re going to blow our minds and none were at all tasty. Gimmicky and honestly just ridiculous! So many other places to eat in this city - do not come here and have consumer remorse like we have!! Super irritated that we even left a tip! 👎

This is my first time ever doing fondue at a restaurant as opposed to someone's house. Talk about a step up! Really tasty flavours and fantastic service. I felt like I wanted more to eat at the end, but when I let it all settle, I found I was nicely full and satisfied.

We were here experiencing Fondue pot for the first time, which was a good one, I can say. We went with only a cheese pot and a chocolate pot for dessert. Overall, everyone liked the cheese pot and the sides, but about the dessert, I believe it was too sweet for all of us. Have not had a chance to taste a Yin-Yang to see how that chocolate pot is and we decided to leave it for the next visit. I recommend you to experience a Fondue pot here if you haven't before :)

I was back in town for a visit and finally decided to try The Melting Pot—and I’m so glad I did. This was easily one of the most exceptional dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Our server, Leo, was incredibly attentive and gave spot-on recommendations throughout the evening. The support staff was just as great—friendly, funny, and really added to the overall vibe. We went with the four-course option, which was delicious (and honestly, almost too much food!). The cheese fondue (quattro formaggio) and chocolate (flaming turtle) were definitely the highlights for me. Roasting marshmallows while it was flamed was unexpected and a nice touch. Highly recommend giving it a try! I regret not trying this place out sooner. Thank you for a very memorable experience.

Fun place to go and experience. It takes alot of work to get through the full dinning experience and takes atleast 2 hours. The severs are very friendly and keep tabs through out the meal. Its not cheap so make sure you are in good company and enjoy.
