Being a big fan of Blind Enthusiasm and Biera, had been wanting to stop by The Monolith for a while. Finally did this past weekend and it did not disappoint! Fantastic beers, very nice space and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Highly recommended!
This place was awesome... Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that genuinely seem to love what they do. Clean and classy.The food was awesome... Very well thought out and complex using a lot of locally sourced materials. Not a big enough menu for a dinner but for appetizers they paired well with the beers and were delicious.The beer itself is largely sour because they use wine barrels... As someone who traditionally likes IPAs it was quite a shift for me BUT getting outside...
