Coral was an absolute amazing friendly hospitable waitress! She went above & beyond her role and duties. Suggestions were well suited for my husband's allergies to food..outgoing personality..always came back to check on us which we love!! Food was delicious!! Tysm for a great experience & taste of Edmonton!

Really good food and service considering the very cheap prices. Not sure if I remember clearly but the lady who helped us out her name was Kayla I’m pretty sure but she was just amazing and her positive vibe really made me and my buddy’s enjoy the experience further.

I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical about dining at the Old Spaghetti Factory. It’s known as an economical, family-style restaurant, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, my husband convinced me to give it a try, and I’m so glad he did!

We decided to sit at the bar, and it turned out to be the best choice of the night. The bartender who served us was absolutely phenomenal. Not only was he incredibly quick and efficient, but his attention to detail and professionalism stood out. Even with a full bar and constant demand, he made sure we were always taken care of. I honestly wish I had gotten his name because he truly made the experience unforgettable.

Beyond the bartender’s exceptional service, the seamless coordination of the entire team stood out. From the friendly hosts who greeted us to the food runners delivering plates with precision and the management overseeing the entire operation, everyone worked together effortlessly. It was clear this team knows how to handle a high-volume restaurant without sacrificing quality or hospitality.

As for the food, it was classic comfort fare done right. My Chicken Parmesan was perfectly crispy and smothered in just the right amount of marinara and cheese. My husband’s Spaghetti with Classic Meat Sauce was hearty and flavorful—a timeless dish done exactly how it should be.

This visit completely exceeded my expectations. The combination of great food, a well-oiled team, and a bartender who went above and beyond made for a truly memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Also we had a litre of wine and 2 entrees and the bill was under 70 dollars for 2 people!!! Great value!!!

I've got to say, I'm surprised at the last experimence I had at this old spaghetti factory because it was disgusting. The drink menu was sticky and covered in something weird, when my drink came, the glass was dirty, it had something crusty on the side, my drink was also not what I ordered and I thought it tasted weird, come to find out the server rung it in wrong when I got the bill. I just wanted a simple Bellini and got a Sangria... And my cutlery was dirty. The waitress also couldn't answer any of our questions about the menu. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but I thought this experience was just so bad that I thought it was worth flagging because the waitress mentioned she was new so maybe more training is needed but also, lots of things were beyond her control.

Previous times we've come here always awesome! Food and service! Last night my sons big 18th birthday dinner with my entire family from BC was with us. Didn't bother asking how the bills were gonna be. Few orders were messed up and didn't seem like he cared to fix it. My sister didn't even recieve her meal and when we asked it wasn't even coming. Recieved it when everyone was done eating. No one came to check how the food was. Kept needing to ask for refills on drinks. No one came by with parmesan cheese but every other table around us got there after us and left before us. Took over an hour to deal with bills to where my mom and sister had to get up and go pay up front somewhere. The service started off ok. But when you think it couldnt get much worse it got sooo much worse! You know it's bad when we have to ask them to take auto gratuity off🤷‍♀️

Always issues going here this time they couldn’t book me in for the same day for dinner what kind of restaurant is this ! with an elderly lady even who’s it’s one of her last Christmas’s she said we would have to wait how lovely to make the elderly wait, what a shame on This restaurant for treating people like this on the holidays especially the elderly who can no longer cook for themselves and me I’m too busy with work to cook for her sadly last time was more issues I don’t remember this is why we hardly go here anymore used to lots as a child but now it’s horrid the people and customer service and the waiters are extremely rude

Very pleasant atmosphere and serving portions are really good. Can’t wait to bring my kids next time. And the bread is fresh and yum!

Was told wait would be 25-35 min, then after 30 min was told 45 min. The lady then proceeded to smirk behind my back.

Service was terrible, food misordered or didn't show up, drinks never refilled, server might have been seen twice during the whole meal.

We won't be back again.

I eat here as often as I can afford to and it's always a wonderful experience!
Nowhere else in edmonton can you get a meal like this. Fresh baked bread is included, soup or salad is included, even dessert is included!!! And its the best chicken parm in the city, and then I leave a phat 25% tip and it still ONLY cost $35!?!
I dont know how they get away with it.
Other restaurants would charge that much for a burger with no sides.
Old Spaghetti Factory is goated for sure!
Anybody that still eats at Olive Garden is missing out and needs to get their butt over here to find out what real bread tastes like.
