The service here was impeccable. Right from the start it was amazing! I asked about my reservation and requested a table and the gentleman who was doing the front came out and found me when ours was ready to go. Josephine was also one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She was super friendly, accommodating and very personable. The food was also DELICIOUS. Everyone really enjoyed their meals and the price was unbeatable. I 1000% would recommend this place to everyone.

5 star customer service from Mariah at the Old Spaghetti Factory in WEM. She was friendly, fun and super efficient. Our Manager's Favorite with mizritha cheese and meat sauce and the Potpourri were fantastic!!! Restaurant was really busy but service was really good! Perfect for a nice lunch on a Saturday. Lots to see and do at the West Edmonton Mall. Lots of free parking too. Very accessible restaurant and super kid friendly.

My all time favorite place for spaghetti
🫠I love the soup they serve with tht.
Its cheap and yummy at same time
They give dessert by the end I guess when it becomes combo , m not sure about tht
But overall my experience is always overwhelming !! MUST VISIT PLACE
