From the moment you step into the brick lined dining room you feel welcomed by the warm glow of the wood fired oven and shelves of wine... The ambience is hip and cozy with exposed brick, rustic wood and stylish lighting that makes it perfect for date nights, family dinners or gatherings with friends... We sampled several dishes including a fresh arugula salad, handcrafted pastas and their famous wood fired pizzas with a perfectly crisp crust and generous toppings... The pepperoni and mushroom pizza delivered smoky char and savoury goodness while the lobster ravioli was rich with creamy sauce and delicate pasta... Service was attentive and friendly with staff happy to recommend wines from the impressive wine list and mix up creative cocktails at the bar... Our server checked in often and made sure our courses arrived hot and timed just right... There is a full bar on site, free WiFi and plenty of seating options from cozy booths to high tops and a private dining room for groups... The space accommodates families, tourists and groups with vegetarian options and gluten free crusts available, plus there are wheelchair accessible entrances and washrooms... We appreciated that they accept reservations and there is ample parking nearby... Overall The Parlour Italian Kitchen & Bar offers an upscale yet relaxed dining experience with delicious wood fired pizza, pasta, desserts and a welcoming vibe... Highly recommended.

Service was not great, our server told us sorry things were slow they had a wedding to attend to, that being said after our order was taken it was probably 20min before he checked in on us to let us know that and bring us more water. Food was great patio was nice.

I had my wedding reception at The Parlour. The food and drinks were amazing. The service was great, all of the staff were very friendly. The space worked perfect for our wedding reception and we had an absolute blast!

We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at The Parlour and it was the perfect day! Our guests raved about the food and it was an amazing space for our intimate and modern wedding.

Love it, so good, food is soooo good, tried the carpaccio, cauliflower, meatballs, and the chicken parm, soooooo good, me personally though for the chicken parm, I wish the chicken breast sat onto of the pasta not under, I think when it sits under it takes the “crisp” away from the chicken, it was still good but just a personal preference. The staff was really nice, wasn’t too busy, but the inside was beautiful. I will be back to try more !!

We had a wonderful dinner at Parlour. Our server, Pia, was truly a kind, friendly, and caring person. She is a gem, and she took care of our table with the upmost attentiveness. Some favourite menu items were the short rib, caprese salad, and a drink called passion punch. The pizzas have a nice crust and the perfect amount of toppings. The tiramisu and chocolate terrine desserts are also delicious, and the portion sizes are very generous. I would highly recommend Parlour restaurant!!

We hosted our son’s graduation at the Parlour Italian Kitchen & Bar, and it was a fantastic and memorable evening. The event space was perfect, and the staff were incredibly helpful in organizing everything. Their attention to detail and warm service made the night feel truly special. The food was amazing, and our guests loved it. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

It's got a great vibe with excellent service from the staff. I recommend the cauliflower fritto as an appetizer, it was great for sharing among four people and tasted delicious. For pizzas, I enjoyed the 'you say potato', it had a subtle potatoey flavour that reminded me of Norwegian lefse, if anyone knows that. We also got the pollo alla diavola pizza, which came with fried onions on top. The onions looked great, but were rather soggy and chewy which was a bit disappointing.

Lastly, we had a couple of ant issues, not sure if we were just unlucky or the building has some sort of ant problem. First there was a drowning ant in one of our waters when it was delivered to us, which the server sorted out quickly. Then later I found an ant crawling on my arm - I was resting my hand on the seat just before that, so I assume that's when it crawled on (FYI, we were seated inside, far from the entrance). I'm only mentioning it since it happened twice in a single meal.

Overall, we still had a great time! I'd recommend taking advantage of some of their deals ($10 pizzas on thursdays, $15 pizzas during happy hour on weekdays from 3-5)!

We recently celebrated our wedding yesterday at the Parlour with a small intimate 16 plate dinner. The atmosphere of the restaurant was so cozy and unique, and the food truly stands out. Between the unique pizzas, and amazing pastas, even the salads standing out, every course left us very satisfied. The short rib and salmon melts in your mouth and the portion sizes are perfect where you can absolutely leave full with the family style servings. Planning our wedding dinner was super easy, Natasha was amazing to work with and answered any questions we had about the process and booking. During the event, staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and they truly made a great day perfect. We look forward to coming to The Parlour for all of our events in the future and as many special occasions as we can. Thank you so much guys :)

Make sure you stop by here. Great eats and great service! Haven’t quite had a dining experience like this place in Edmonton in a long time. Warm atmosphere, and the tastiest winter ale on tap. Samantha will be sure you receive the red carpet treatment!
