The Parlour Italian Kitchen & Bar

Honestly not impressed. Waited too long before we saw a server. Three of the red wines on their menu were not available. Should offer a 9 oz option for wine. The arancini were mediocre at best and should come with more sauce. The Ravioli was excellent. The prosciutto pizza was so dry it was hard to chew / swallow. I refuse to pay another $3 for sauce when it should already be on the pizza we ordered. Would not recommend. Will not return. The chairs at the high top tables need to be replaced. Really bad look for your restaurant.

We were running late and they held our table, it was a game night so the place was packed. It was much appreciated.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is looking tired in need of a makeover. The food was so so our server was lovely. Cannot complain about the noise or anything else however, I believe the food could've been better and the atmosphere.

From the moment you step into the brick lined dining room you feel welcomed by the warm glow of the wood fired oven and shelves of wine... The ambience is hip and cozy with exposed brick, rustic wood and stylish lighting that makes it perfect for date nights, family dinners or gatherings with friends... We sampled several dishes including a fresh arugula salad, handcrafted pastas and their famous wood fired pizzas with a perfectly crisp crust and generous toppings... The pepperoni and mushroom pizza delivered smoky char and savoury goodness while the lobster ravioli was rich with creamy sauce and delicate pasta... Service was attentive and friendly with staff happy to recommend wines from the impressive wine list and mix up creative cocktails at the bar... Our server checked in often and made sure our courses arrived hot and timed just right... There is a full bar on site, free WiFi and plenty of seating options from cozy booths to high tops and a private dining room for groups... The space accommodates families, tourists and groups with vegetarian options and gluten free crusts available, plus there are wheelchair accessible entrances and washrooms... We appreciated that they accept reservations and there is ample parking nearby... Overall The Parlour Italian Kitchen & Bar offers an upscale yet relaxed dining experience with delicious wood fired pizza, pasta, desserts and a welcoming vibe... Highly recommended.

Service was not great, our server told us sorry things were slow they had a wedding to attend to, that being said after our order was taken it was probably 20min before he checked in on us to let us know that and bring us more water. Food was great patio was nice.

I had my wedding reception at The Parlour. The food and drinks were amazing. The service was great, all of the staff were very friendly. The space worked perfect for our wedding reception and we had an absolute blast!

We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at The Parlour and it was the perfect day! Our guests raved about the food and it was an amazing space for our intimate and modern wedding.

Love it, so good, food is soooo good, tried the carpaccio, cauliflower, meatballs, and the chicken parm, soooooo good, me personally though for the chicken parm, I wish the chicken breast sat onto of the pasta not under, I think when it sits under it takes the “crisp” away from the chicken, it was still good but just a personal preference. The staff was really nice, wasn’t too busy, but the inside was beautiful. I will be back to try more !!

We had a wonderful dinner at Parlour. Our server, Pia, was truly a kind, friendly, and caring person. She is a gem, and she took care of our table with the upmost attentiveness. Some favourite menu items were the short rib, caprese salad, and a drink called passion punch. The pizzas have a nice crust and the perfect amount of toppings. The tiramisu and chocolate terrine desserts are also delicious, and the portion sizes are very generous. I would highly recommend Parlour restaurant!!

We hosted our son’s graduation at the Parlour Italian Kitchen & Bar, and it was a fantastic and memorable evening. The event space was perfect, and the staff were incredibly helpful in organizing everything. Their attention to detail and warm service made the night feel truly special. The food was amazing, and our guests loved it. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

Amazing food, service and drinks. The manager Sam gave excellent service and made the top 3 best tasting drinks I’ve ever had. Will most definitely be back!
