Decent restaurant, good menu options. Our server was amazing, she was super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I ordered the squid ink seafood linguine and I was served seafood on a bed of plain spaghetti, kind of lackluster in comparison to what the menu explained - felt like this could have been communicated if they were out or something?

We were there at 5:00. Warmly greeted and sat immediately. Our waiter was attentive until it was time for the bill, he was nowhere around. Looking around the place is showing it's wear. Most of the vinyl chairs need to be done. The table we were at was sticky. The food was still tasty though.

Love the pizza at this restaurant. Great patio and free parking in the back. A great place for both large or small groups.

First time there and it was wonderful! I'll definitely be back. Only thing I wish I did was look closer for parking at the back. I ended up paying parking on the side because I didn't know. All good otherwise.

The Parlour Italian Kitchen Vancouver has a cool, modern vibe the moment you walk in. The space feels lively without being loud and the staff was friendly right from the start. I ordered the Dirty Burger pizza and it was unreal. The crust had that perfect balance of crisp and chew and the toppings were loaded without feeling heavy. I also tried the truffle fries and they came out hot with a great aroma and just the right amount of seasoning. The cocktails were smooth and well made and the service stayed consistent the whole time. It is the kind of spot where you can grab a casual dinner or settle in for a longer night with drinks. A great Vancouver stop if you want good food with a fun atmosphere.

We hosted my fiancé’s 30th birthday here yesterday and had the absolute best experience. We reserved the lounge area and it was the perfect size for our group — great for mingling, and having the bar to ourselves made the event feel so special and intimate.

The entire process of organizing the event was seamless from start to finish. The event staff were incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the planning process. On the day of, the staff working our event were so personable, attentive, and knowledgeable.

And the food was absolutely incredible and all of our dietary accommodations were met — every single guest commented on how amazing everything was. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Would highly recommend hosting an event here and will definitely consider coming back for future celebrations!

Great food, however not having any gluten-free pasta available on a Saturday night is pretty disappointing. I chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner with a table of 8 people specifically because the menu seemed like it would accommodate everyone's dietary requirements and many options. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told there was no gluten-free pasta left, which left several of us with pizza as the only real option. For a busy long weekend service, this feels like something that should be better planned for by restaurant staff and 100% advised to us since I called the day before my reservation.

Service was excellent! Staff went above and beyond to make the birthday celebration amazing and memorable! Food was terrific. Thank you for making it a great evening. Would highly recommend The Parlour to others.

Would of preferred McDonalds then undercooked spaghetti noodles , mush meatballs , no taste, not hot , and black garlic toast that shouldn’t be on a menu 🤢🤢 to end it all stomach was turnt instantly after not even eating it all

Was very disappointed with my meal yesterday ordered at 4:03 got food at 4:04 food had steam coming from it but wasn’t hot at all , noodles needed to be cooked longer , meatballs were mush if I wanted chef boyardee I would of just got a can for 3$ instead of paying 26$ for something that was cold and didn’t take long to cook as for the black garlic toast unfortunately it was the nastiest thing I have ever ate shouldn’t even be a item on a menu. For the area there In you would expect the food to be better tasting with actual flavors and not blah. Sad to say McDonalds would have been way better

As a chef with over 27 years in the industry—often brought in to help turn restaurants around—I feel compelled to give honest feedback.
The fettuccine Alfredo was very disappointing. The sauce lacked depth and balance, and the dish was overly oily. A proper Alfredo should be rich, smooth, and well-seasoned—this one needed much more care and attention.
The garlic bread also missed the mark. It lacked flavor and didn’t have the texture or quality you would expect to complement a pasta dish.
The spaghetti and meatballs was equally underwhelming. The meatballs were overly soft, almost mushy, with little to no seasoning, and the sauce lacked character. It honestly reminded me of canned pasta, which is not something you expect when dining out.
From one chef to another, I strongly encourage revisiting these recipes and focusing on flavor, balance, and proper execution. There’s a lot of room for improvement here.
