Highly recommend this place.

EDIT!! The new ownership is going back and responding to 7 year old reviews to bring them to the top of their feed! Very dishonest! They know what they are doing!! The name of this establishment remains the same, and that is the ONLY thing! My advice is to focus on providing a better experience to the guests you have as opposed to trying to trick the ones who haven't been to your establishment by hashing up old reviews that were intended for the previous ownership and staff!

Great food! Best “pub” food in the city. Service is always top notch!

Order this salad when I got there. It was absolutely awesome. Unfortunately the draft was down. So there was no beer on tap. I'm sure it's been corrected now. Great access from various locations.

Food is good albeit pricey. Beer selection mildly acceptable. Service is outstanding. Told on entry that we couldn't sit in a small area the UFC fight would be shown there and the Oilers/Flames game would be shown in the main area.

Not true.

Forced to watch that what I could watch on Whyte Ave any Saturday night outside of any bar.

First time here. My wife wanted the braised short ribs which they didn't have. Bummer. She ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich. She said it was good. I had the steak sandwich. Omg, best sandwich I have ever had period. Cooked perfectly. Fries were hot and delicious.I will come back again just for the steak sandwich. It's also only 14$ on Fridays. You can't beat that. Service was attentive.

Food was okay, they didn’t have a lot of what was on the menu. Many appetizers and beef were not available and there was nothing posted about it.

The only reason I'm giving this a two star is BECAUSE OF FOOD... it's delicious.
We keep coming back because we used to love this place. And every time, we are disappointed with the service. Today, we walked in, sat at the bar and 3 people behind the bar (not one looked at us or said hello). The waitress then threw the menus down and walked away.
A few visits ago, we waited 20 minutes while the owners had a meeting behind the bar to get another drink.
There are lovely staff and food is delicious. But we won't be returning and spending our money elsewhere

Shocked to see bad reviews, as I have been here multiple times and have always had an amazing experience, which is why I keep coming back. I am certain any bad experience is not the norm here. We always sit at the bar and have the best time chatting with the servers/bartenders. Their drinks are top notch and the chef is truly amazing. Every dish is so flavorful and above and beyond. Awesome vibe too. Keep it up :)

Got the Friday special steak sandwich. One of the best steak sammies I've had in recent memory. Really good.

Poor service, took forever for our food to come. I ask one of the waitress (was at the bar) that my food for take out wasn't done properly, and that my burger was messy and not enough fries inside so I ask her nicely if it will be fix. Her response "if you want i can put a stick in my burger". What type of unprofessionally responses was for the waitress. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I won't recommend this place at all. Not if you guys wanna wait this long for your food. Any restaurant I been is with high standard customer service, and great food.

For the food and service I would have given zero stars if I could have. We went as a group to do a paint nite, we arrived early so we could have food before the event started. Two people arrived before 5 and got drinks and menus, the rest of the party arrived around 5:10. No one came to get drink orders to to ask if we wanted food we waited for 25 minutes without a server coming to the table. One person from the group got up and sought our the server just to be told she "was off and the other girl would be there shortly" so we waited another 10-15 minutes. Our food order was taken around 5:50 and came out after 6:00, the paint nite host had to wait for other people to get their drink orders and gave us a few extra minutes before starting so we had time together a few bites in. It was not busy so there was no reason to be waiting that long for service. When the food arrived it was underwhelming. The truffle fries were undercooked, limp and could not be eaten, the pizza wasn't great, the steak sandwiches were only OK but again the fries that came with it were undercooked and not good. Will not be going back!
