Our waitress was awful, she never cleared any of the dirty dishes, for a table of 14 people. When it came to paying the bill she gave us about 6 receipts with all the orders mixed together, then tried adding items that were already paid for and items that were not even ordered, she also argued with us about it when the glasses from EVERY drink ordered were still on the table. I would not host an event there again because of this. The food was bland. The kids had fun but other than that not a very good experience.

Made a reservation then got seated at a table that had not been clean or readied for us. Server basically wasn't there. Took overly long time to even get someone to show up at our table and wait times between anything took excessive time. Server just didint seem to care. Food was good. Desert especially was enjoyed.

Had a great time! The staff were all friendly and helpful, and very kind that the reservation ended up being bigger than we needed as a a result of last minute cancelations. Over all it was an amazing experience and a very fun belated birthday dinner with family and friends!

Me and a friend attended the rec center and had dinner We did not do any of the fun stuff this time It was more of a check it out kind of scenario. It was definitely a bit loud due to the music and all of the games of course so if you are easily overstimulated perhaps this is not the place for you. The food was pretty good the service was a touch slow but they looked maybe stretched a bit thin. Might make a point of going back in the future for the full experience

We came to The Rec Room yesterday with high hopes — we had reservations and arrived early with friends and cousins to catch the Edmonton Oilers game. Despite being one of the first groups there, we were given awful seats with a poor view of the screens. When we asked for better seating, we were met with a dismissive attitude from the host, who seemed visibly unhappy to be there.
The food was another letdown: the wings labeled as “jumbo” were anything but, the pizza was bland and unsalted, and the burgers were dry and underwhelming. To top it off, everything came out cold. Drinks were overpriced, which might’ve been easier to overlook if the service or atmosphere had made up for it — but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
Worst of all, I couldn’t help but notice a subtle but uncomfortable tone of discrimination. It left us feeling unwelcome, and that is simply unacceptable in any setting.
This place needs a serious management overhaul. Until then, we won’t be back — and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a respectful, enjoyable night out.

We had reservations. Since it was early Sunday the restaurant was not busy. Lots of open tables. The one dirty table was the one they sat is at. But we waited 10 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was not interested. She came once for drinks and to order food. When the food came out it was cold and dried out as if the chicken wings were left over and deep fried twice. The fries were awful as well. My child requested gravy and it never came. And neither did the waitress to check to see if we needed anything. We waited for 20 min for our bill. And then asked the manager for it. The food was terrible and over priced. And the next time we visit we will go else where for dinner then go for the games after. 0 star review.

From the time we walked in the door till the time we left, everybody was helpful kept coming around to make sure we're doing OK. Joy the floor manager was a great lady to have a little banter back-and-forth. She even gave us some freebies to make the night even more enjoyable. It was my daughter's 25th birthday. We all left there very happy and had a lot of laughs.

What a great evening at the Rec Room South; we went there for my daughters birthday and it was a great experience. Food was way better than expected and service was top notch. My kids really enjoyed their kids menu especially the ice cream to end and the video games made for some excellent post dinner entertainment. Thank you Rec Room for such a great evening.

This was my first time at the Rec Room. I took a few family members here for dinner. Our server was very attentive, we all agreed that our meals were great, and overall it was a really nice time. If I could offer one suggestion it would be to add the size of the pizza on the menu. That's what I ordered and it definitely could be a meal for 2 people! At least I got two meals out of one. 👍🏻 I definitely would not hesitate coming back!
