Overall, the food was excellent, but the service was very disappointing. The person serving us was quite rude, which made the experience less enjoyable, especially since it was my birthday. This made me even more sad about the poor service.

Our sever was excellent. Courtney or Kourtney. We came with 2 adults and our 7 children. She was very patient with everyone and had no issue with us having our starters, then going to play games and coming back to have dinner. Food was fine for a place like this, no one goes to a rec room for the food. The games where great and the energy was fantastic. Very clean and very safe. Great for all of our children ages 7-14.

Came here on Sunday evening with my nephew, and couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Taylor, she was sweet, patient and very hardworking. Our experience was amazing and she played a huge part in it. Manager joy was amazing as well!
