I stopped by The Sandwich Project on Christmas Eve to quickly grab a few sandwiches for my husband and sons who were arriving at the Edmonton airport, based on the great reviews — and I’m so glad I did. The staff were happy to assist, offered helpful recommendations, and made the experience quick and pleasant despite the busy holiday. The Tex-Mex sandwiches were delicious, and my husband and sons really enjoyed them when they arrived in town. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and the young lady working there was kind and helpful. I truly appreciated the excellent service and quality food.

Always Friendly service amazing food, I love that they bring in a locally made company for their deserts. 10/10 highly recommend. Personally my favorite is the Veggie signature and I dont eat half the stuff they put on it normally but all together its a wonderful treat.

Slip into another industrial steam punk reality, all while eating an incredibly tasty sandwich. Absolutely demolished a Tex Mex Turkey here with a soup and drink. Taking into account the optics of the area this place in, it’s pricey but also makes sense. My new favourite sandwich spot!

Awesome, fresh sandwiches! I went here for lunch to get away from the regular fast food and I was blown away! Super friendly staff and the sandwich was excellent! They have a cool industrial look inside, the sandwich was made fresh in front of me, they were happy to substitute some toppings and the end result was delicious!

We just ordered sandwiches for the office. They were freaking delicious! I had the Reuben and it was the best thing ever. I inhaled the whole sandwich thinking I would save half for later since it was a generous serving, and it came with a side of potato chips which complimented the flavor profile of the sandwiches. Everyone else loved their sandwich as well. We will be ordering again, maybe tomorrow already.
