Usually I get the mango bubble tea from here and it has been great every-time. This time though i decided to try their brown sugar bubble tea and i instantly regret my decision. The tea tasted like milk and the tapioca pearls were hard in the middle.

I usually buy loose tea for the daycare staff for Christmas at the Tea Place. The bags would always have a sticker with all ingredients listed and it would be sealed on site. This time the lady hand wrote the name of the tea with a sharpie and the bag is unsealed. Kinda sketchy to give it away to people as gifts, so sadly I won't be able to keep this tradition going.

My husband received his tea cup with glittery lipstick all around the rim from the last person. They replaced the tea and cup with a new one but blamed her co worker for having been taking the cups out of the dishwasher “too early”… My bubble tea had a piece of lint with a hair stuck to it floating around. We tried to let them know and the girl shrugged it off and said the what was floating was “green leaf leaves” and it happens to hers all the time. So I inspected further & got the peice out.. turned out to be lint with hair stuck to it. I used to come here often and it was great. Not sure why this time was so bad..
