I left 2 stars because this place was good before and it had excellent staff. Today the staff was very rude and she serves literally cold cappuccino. When I talked to her she heated it up that it boils my tongue. She dropped some cappuccino on the table and she didn't wipe it or offer napkins to do so. I'm really upset about her attitude and thinking of not coming back again.

Can't go wrong with fresh fruit BBT, although I found the pearl consistency and flavor a bit inconsistent.
– The table we sat at wasn’t very clean at first, but we let the lady at the front know and she came over to wipe it down. She was very nice about it.
– The panini sandwich was tasty!
– I ordered a Japanese matcha; it was good and not too sweet.
– They have a cozy area that’s great for small group gatherings :)

I am a tea-aholic, this is a great place to get great teas. Loose tea to take home and brew. Knowledgeable staff, very helpful.
Staff is really friendly. Food is really good, especially the wasabi beef sandwich. Tones of selection of teas and bubble teas.
