First time i went was great so i came back 2 days later and it was even better ! The bartender even remembered me and my drink order and promptly returned with it so service was great and they are friendly ! Next visit i will bring the hubby and bro in law cause they love fish and chips and need to try them here and i can return for the burger so yummy!

I have lived in this area for a few years and honestly didnt enjoy coming here. But gave it another chance 2 years later and I will say, we were impressed. The food was 100% better then before and the service was great. Waiter was kind and even brought us a carrot cake on the house for my birthday. We definitely will be back for the food

Dave was a great bartender/server- great conversation. Friendly and engaging. Ordered the bruschetta and was lovely, beer was cold! Atmosphere was awesome, patio was private and comfortable if you wanted to sit outside! All in all great experience!

Came to watch the hockey game here and the atmosphere was pretty good during the playoffs. Drink and food prices are decent.
It's a decent size place with a decent patio. Parking can be tough though when this place is busy during the playoffs. It's also a good idea to use the washroom before the intermission because you will have to wait in line.
Service was pretty good. We ordered chicken wings but they were just okay they weren't anything special and had a weird after taste. Probably try something else on the menu next time I'm there. Hopefully the rest of the menu is better.

Great place to grab a drink, a bite to eat, and hang out with friends. I've only tried their appetizers, but they were great! Try the dill pickle chips... very yummy!
Stopped in late after the restaurant was closed. The bartender was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed to make sure we could fill up. Will definitely be a watering hole going forward as we visit the area often.

Very disappointed with my experience at The Twin Otter. The customer service was seriously lacking, the staff were rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my pizza. When I politely brought it to their attention, they refused to replace it and offered no apology or solution.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way it was handled showed a complete lack of care for their customers. Definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend based on this experience

I’ve been coming to the Twin Otter Pub for years and have always had great experiences until today, June 8, 2025 at noon. I sat down and was completely ignored by the server. A few minutes later, three other people walked in and she brought them menus, took their drink orders, and still didn’t acknowledge me. I waited another 10 minutes before deciding to leave.
James greeted me when I arrived, and he’s always been excellent, same with Shaye. But the server on today’s shift was totally disengaged and clearly didn’t notice or care that I was sitting there. I don’t expect VIP treatment, but I also don’t expect to be treated like I’m invisible.
Sadly, this might be the end of my time at this pub. It’s a shame because the staff has usually been fantastic. One bad experience like this really sticks.

We noticed hundreds of fruit flies after eating. Only food that was enjoyable was the hand cut fries. Atmosphere was fantastic aside from the flies
