I'm honestly surprised by how many positive reviews this restaurant has.
When we arrived, the staff all glared at us but we were not greeted, which was such an odd feeling.
We sat for what felt like an eternity while the staff gossiped before anyone acknowledged us and brought us menus. We were about to leave and I wish we had.
The food was awful. Spaghetti and meatballs, simple enough right? The pasta was over cooked and the flavor of the meatballs and sauce was awful.
My husband ordered the cheese steak, also not enjoyable.
Atmosphere - this place felt really sad. There were a few people playing the VLTs that gave off sad energy. Many of the patrons seemed like regulars who may struggle with substance use problems. Overall, it felt like a dive bar trying to be something more respectable.
The only time our server was interested in us was when it came time to pay - hoping for a good tip.
There are so many better options out there. Skip The Twin Otter.

This was my first time and last time I'll ever visit or spend any money at this establishment.
My visit to The Twin Otter Pub was honestly awful. The servers looked miserable and acted like they couldn’t be bothered to deal with customers. There was almost zero eye contact, and every time I tried to get a server’s attention, I got a dirty look in return.
What really stood out was how differently they treated men — they actually seemed friendly to them, while I felt ignored and unwelcome.
Don't get me started on the attire, work out clothes? Wild lmao
Overall, the attitude from the staff completely ruined the visit for me. I walked out feeling like they just didn’t want me there.

I was really disappointed with my visit to Twin Otter Restaurant. The food was subpar — lacking flavor and freshness, definitely not worth the price. The service was just average, nothing special or particularly attentive. Overall, it was not an enjoyable dining experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Good food and always friendly service. This has become a place we go to when we want a nice pub meal.
One time their point-of-sale system was down when we wanted to leave so they asked for a phone number and later called us with the bill total and asked us to come in at our convenience to settle the bill. When we went in to pay it, they gave us a coupon for some free food, I guess because we could have easily given a fake phone number and run out on the bill – but that’s not us. They didn’t need to give us the coupon but we appreciated it.

Super disappointed with the food here. We ordered takeout. It was extremely overpriced. And the food was horrible. Including the fact they put Parmesan on every pizza we ordered, and it’s not in any description. As well as spicy pizza sauce. I regret ordering from here. Service was not very good either

If you’re looking for a fast, tasty bite during your lunch break, Twin Otter hits the spot. The menu has just the right variety — enough to keep things interesting without slowing you down. Service is quick, portions are satisfying, and the vibe is relaxed. Great for grabbing something delicious without the wait. Definitely a go-to for midday eats!

This pub is a rare find! We decided to check it out to watch the Blue Jays game. Service is wonderful and the food is amazing for a great price. The servings are huge as my husband and I couldn’t finish the three appies between us (which we normally would have no problem with). Extended happy hour, and lots of specials and events will keep me coming back to the Twin Otter.

First time i went was great so i came back 2 days later and it was even better ! The bartender even remembered me and my drink order and promptly returned with it so service was great and they are friendly ! Next visit i will bring the hubby and bro in law cause they love fish and chips and need to try them here and i can return for the burger so yummy!
