The Varsity - Kitchen Bar Burgers

Disappointing. There were a couple of black flies around our table, which immediately affected the meal. Both burgers we ordered came out cold, and the Caesar wrap had no dressing at all. On top of that, the bruschetta was soggy and the kids dessert we ordered never arrived. I still left a tip because that’s how I was raised but the quality of the food and service didn’t match the price sadly, I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Checked this place out on a whim, was close to where we were and was looking for a good burger. Let me tell you the burger was great! Didn't have to wait long either, great service, lovely restaurant! It's quite large too, enjoyed the decor. The only thing for was the fries were a little too salty for my taste, other than that they were crispy, fresh, and tasty. If I'm in the area, I'd eat there again.

Always a great place to go with the kids. Onion ring tower and burgers are fantastic. If you miss Red Robins,this is the next best thing. Also they have Milkshakes that are soo good aswell. Chocholate or cookie are our favorites

Almost the same menu as Red Robin! A great place to meet wirh friends. Excellent food, bottomless fries, and great service! What more could you want? I highly recommend The Varsity.

I’m visiting from Toronto and I have to give a huge shoutout to Harsimran at Varsity Burgers. He was literally the only bartender on duty with over 50 people in the bar/lounge area — and he was still making drinks for guests in the dining area. I could tell he had a lot on his plate (because honestly, who wouldn’t be overwhelmed in that situation), but he stayed so attentive, nice, and calm the entire time. He Deadass handled it like a pro, and I’m proud of him for holding it down like that. He made me feel so welcomed here.

That being said, Varsity Burgers — you really need at least two bartenders after 4–5 pm. No one person should be doing all that solo, no matter how good they are.

Went in for lunch today. The restaurant was a little busy, which wasn't a surprise.

We were seated within a few minutes, the hostess was friendly and accommodating.

We started with the buffalo queso dip, it was served with chips, celery and carrots. The dip was warm, not piping hot, and very tasty. The chips were large and fresh, although a few weren't properly cooked. The veggies were crunchy and tasted delicious.

I had the Blue Moon Burger with fries. I substituted steak sauce for bbq sauce, and had jalapeños added. The burger was fantastic and looked perfect, however the fries were a little cold and I got quite a few really small pieces.

My Mother had a Shroom and Swiss burger, with chicken instead of beef, and no bun with a side of mashed potatoes. Everything on her plate was executed in a wonderful manner from plating to the sandwich itself.

Great price points, good food, friendly service. Its just hard to drive 45 minutes out for a lunch meal.

Ordered popcorn shrimp, Big Kahuna burger, and strawberry cheesecake.
All of it was very good, popcorn shrimp was more like deep fried in beer batter, they removed the tails before frying it and that was nice.
Big Kahuna burger was juicy and flavorful definately in my top 3 best burgers ranking
Cheesecake was a big slice (we ate most of it by the time I remembered to take a pucture) light and sweet, server said it was baked in house.
