Amazing food and atmosphere.

Heading into this place was excellent. My boyfriend and I came in without a reservation, not knowing Saturday nights tend to be pretty busy. We were able to sit at the bar and our bartender, Harry, was absolutely amazing. We had their pickle ceasers ($11 for 1oz, $14 for 2oz) as he noticed we loved our pickles, Harry even gave us extra garnish. Which made me even happier! As I create my own cocktails, the ceaser tasted exactly like my own, and I couldnt get enough of it.

We ordered the Workshop Pickle Jar for our appetizer; it was fantastic, great selection of pickled vegetables. Although, I wasn’t too keen on the pickled mushrooms, they were interesting, just not my favourite. For our entree, we decided on the Duck Duck, and the Mussels. The Duck Duck had these sweet mashed potatoes, which was something I’ve never tried before, and I loved every bit of the flavours they created. As for the mussles, I couldn’t get enough of the sauce. It was so creamy. I could have drank it as a soup. But didn’t want to be so gluttonous hahahaah. Anyways, this place is definitely worth while, obviously on the pricer side but WOW. Definitely worth it.

My wife and I were in to celebrate our 42nd anniversary. Of course we choose one of our most favorite restaurants in Edmonton for this!

Started off with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts and the Duck Liver Pâté Tart - SO good!! We really wanted to try the S & P Salad (since it was our first initials) next; but knew we couldn't manage a main meal if we did.

For our main course my wife had the Nonay Cut beef and it was incredibly tender, expertly seasoned, and PERFECTLY cooked. I had the Irving Farms Pork Chop and the best way to describe it was 'butter-meat' - my fork literally melted through the meat and each bite was such a beautiful experience to savor.

At the point of completing dinner, we knew that we were not capable of eating dessert . . . . yet. So we ordered two to take with us. The Lemon Meringue cheesecake was good beyond description and was HUGE! My Tres Leches Cake was simply to-die-for! I had had it previously and it is my favorite!

Chef Paul takes so much pride in this restaurant and in every aspect of the experience you could feel the love and care that he and his team have put into this for each guest. Our server Trina exemplified attentive and ubiquitous service. She was friendly and knowledgeable and matched the food in excellence!

Thank you to all of the Workshop Eatery Team!

Great good, came for a work lunch. Service was great for our large group. I would return again, it was quite busy for lunch rush so I'd probably make a reservation next time I come.

Insanely good food and a very cool vibe and ambiance!

Ordered the BELT with potato hash. The sandwich was one of the best things I have ever eaten. But the potatoes were 70% vegetables. I would have preferred just the potatoes to be honest. Still recommend coming here though!

This restaurant exudes such warmth and hospitality.
The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all truly exceptional.
We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here with our family, and everything was simply perfect — the dishes were incredibly delicious, and the staff were outstanding.
In particular, Brooke, who served our table, was exceptionally kind and made sure our special day turned into a beautiful memory.
Thanks to the wonderful service, we were able to fully enjoy every moment.
We will most certainly be returning!

This place really understands good food! Everything was perfect and their attention to detail and plating was outstanding. Service was stellar and they accommodated our large group on a whim. Fresh food, friendly service, and was great with kids.
Thank you, we will be back!

Honestly for all the hype that I always heard about this place, I didn’t think Workshop could live up to it but dinner here was a complete 100🙌🙌

As everyone says, you MUST try the arancini to start! The crispy brussel sprouts were also delicious and a great size to share. We tried two of their drinks which were alright, a bit more on the sweeter side than I’d like.

All the mains were delicious, arrived timely, and offered a refreshing take on classic dishes. Bonus for the local souring they do and just how well the food BOTH tastes and looks awesome. Place is also a vibe and staff are friendly and accommodating! Definitely check this place out when you have the chance🔥

Such an amazing time tonight. Came for a special occasion, and had the chef's table experience. 5 courses, and each one blew us away. Thank you so much to Chef Robert and the staff for making this such a wonderful evening.

Stopped in to get some work done while I was in the area. I usually get the brussels, but I was by myself, so I had the veggie sandwich (highly recommend). My server was lovely and would fill my water each time she came by the table. I took the Mini Egg cheesecake to go and it was amazing.
