After waiting for my meal which was a turkey bacon sandwich and a bowl of chicken noodle soup, I returned to work to a burnt sandwich and a chili with a frozen solid roll. Not sure how so many things could go wrong. Anyways....since I get 30 minutes for lunch I couldn't return it because I was already pressed for time.
We ordered Cilantro Lime Slow Cooked Chicken with Cheese Wrap, Honey Dip Donut and Medium Original Blend Black Coffee.
I noticed that they had Flatbread Pizza, so we also ordered Chicken Parmesan Flatbread Pizza, Boston Cream Donut and Medium Original Blend Black Coffee.
The flatbread pizza was bigger than I expected and had tomato sauce, chicken and parmesan cheese on top. It was tasty.
The Boston Cream Donut had a coat of chocolate syrup and some pastry cream inside. It was quite sweet, so it might be better to enjoy it sometimes, but not too often.

Terrible!!! Don't waste your time or money. Ordered a steak and egg breakfast sandwich, got half way to where I was going and realized there was no meat on sandwich. I'm done with Tim Hortons! Consistently wrong orders and BAD service.
Rude unprofessional unaccountable and incompetent. Thank you for ending my relationship with Tim Hortons. Goodbye forever

I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up and they didn’t have it ready. They offered me a refund, and I agreed since I was in a rush hence why I ordered ahead. They then told me they couldn’t do the refund and to reach out to support since it was a mobile order. I reached out to mobile support and they told me only the store can do the refund. So now I have no money AND no food, the store won’t answer their phone, and support won’t answer my emails
