I ordered last night Nov. 29 at 7/35pm (order#329)from this location the cilantro wrap and what grossed me out is that the lady from the sandwich bar didn’t even change the gloves that she was wearing and remove it before making my order. The moment we stepped into the store, i saw her came out to the lobby and take a picture of the display case and then headed back inside the store to go to the drive thru and then proceeded to the sandwich bar to make my order. I actually wanted to say something but my daughter stopped me and said that it was not of a big deal that she’s going to die. And today, waking up with an upset stomach makes her realized that sanitary food handling is really important. I hope that this will be dealt because hygiene is mandatory in every workplace especially if you are dealing with food.

This i what i got 6:30 in the morning toasted everything bagel and got hot chocolate after ordering regular coffee . As always i opened it after reaching work. This shit happened before also not once but twice and this was the third time i got burnt bagel/ croissant.

I was coming to dis location from last 8 years..but now i m not coming here anyone bcz they ruined everything… i always l order my breakfast with coffee and honey…so now thy said we r not having honey at dis location anymore… so make sure if you are regular customer of dis place you aware abt dis situation

Extremely Rude and Disrespectful behaviour from the Lady taking order at Drive through on 2nd November 2025, 01:24 AM.
I just had one of the worst experiences ever at this Tim Hortons drive-thru, past midnight. The lady taking the order — she said her name was Agneet Kaur Grewal or something similar (was not wearing the name tag) — was shockingly rude and disrespectful. We were just trying to place an order, deciding what to get since many items weren’t available, and she snapped at us for being “slow.” She even did not let us finish, just repeated what we ordered so far and said 'THANK YOU'. There was absolutely no rush — we were the only car there while I was giving order.
When I asked her why she was being rude, she doubled down and said it so boldly, as if she’s entitled to be disrespectful to customers. Even when I asked her name, she responded with the same arrogant, dismissive tone and yes, she told her full name.
I actually have the entire audio of the interaction recorded on my dashcam, and I am sending that clip directly to Tim Hortons Head Office in Toronto. If I don’t hear back from them, I will understand TIM HORTON encourage their staffs to act like this. It will also demonstrate to other employees that customers can be treated this way with no consequences, and that Tim Hortons does nothing to address such behavior.
Why on earth would I, as a paying customer who didn’t say or do anything wrong, have to go through such blatant disrespect and humiliation? I was polite the entire time — yet she acted like I was the problem. No one deserves to be treated this way — ever.
Tim Hortons needs to take this seriously. This was beyond rude and it was pure disrespect.

The employee Avneet she was soo rude …. We just asked a question and she started throwing attitude and didn’t a answer……. We waited for about 5 min and she just showed her hand said wait multiple times… then she said other person to answer… we were just going back to our place and enjoying our night at 10 :40 PM. She should definitely be in her senses and improve her attitude.. i also work in food chain but cant think of throwing this much attitude to customers… never coming back to this location…

There was a single vegetarian option on the menu. The Chili and the soup both had meat. They said they had a garden sandwich. It was the lamest sandwich I’ve had in a long time lettuce and two transparent tomato slices.
