Super rude staff person serving the inside line. I mentioned out loud to my partner the coffee was taking so long to prepare because come on 10 mins for coffee with only 2 orders of coffee ahead of me??? And she/he barista beaks back to me complaining that she can hear me and that she’s in pain and can’t do the work. My question is why have the sick person serving solely when they have at least 5-7 others serving the drive thru. This location has a broken system lately. Used to be much better. Not sure if this was a new hire but entitlement and attitude doesn’t look good to customers. And arguing with me as I’m leaving to say you’re in pain is confrontational.

Don't trust for service repair, last year cost me over 6000$ and lasted under one year
Their bowls are really good and filling. Worth the price. Also tried the cheesy garlic bread, it was very oily and not great at all. Service was quick as always.

Messed up both orders, food was cold. Didn’t know what they had on the menu, waited in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. Hire new people lol.

After the last Roll-up-the-Rim promotion, I had 5 or 6 rolls that I had NOT rolled yet, and I had 1 or 2 small prizes that I did not redeem. The day the promotion ended, they wiped my unrolled rolls and unclaimed prizes off my account😡😡😡😡😡.
