Visited the place on De 3. It clearly says that it's open 24 hours both here on Google and in the app. That's why I came here to order some coffee and snacks at 3.30AM only to be told by a vey rude employee that no walk-ins are allowed and that they are closed. He didn't even bother answering my question on when do they open for walk-ins? Extremely rude service and deceptive time schedule.
Thanks God I didn't order in the app for pickup otherwise I'd be left with no money and no coffee

I am a student at MacEwan University and visited this Tim Hortons twice today. My first visit was around 6:30 AM, and the women’s washroom was closed. I returned after my class at around 4:45 PM to get a coffee, and the women’s washroom was still closed. I asked the staff why it hadn’t been fixed all day, and the manager on duty was extremely rude and dismissive.
They told me to go to Wendy’s to use their men’s washroom, even though Wendy’s washroom is not a single-use washroom. When I asked Wendy’s staff, they explained that someone was already in there, and they couldn’t let me enter—which is completely understandable. What I don’t understand is why Tim Hortons would send customers, especially women, to a washroom that is not appropriate or private.
It is unacceptable for a washroom to be out of service for the entire day without any solution offered. Staff should be friendly, respectful, and provide proper alternatives—especially to customers who genuinely need assistance. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any Tim Hortons. I won’t be returning, and I will be informing others to avoid this location.

Considering the area and traffic they deal with, 5/5 stars doesn’t say enough. Sometimes it could be better, but again, before you write a bad review, consider if you’ve had a bad day at work once before. I’m sure they’re not paid enough for the type of emotional regulation this location requires.
