Today we got the worst ice coffees through the drive thrue. This is happening all the time. My sister goes to get her ice coffee here and they always give her lukewarm, very few chucks of ice, no sugar cane syrup. We get the worst drinks here ! I called the supervisor she says to come in the evening to get my refund. Ekta the supervisor refused to give me the refund. She made me came back the next day. They are TERRIBLE RECEIVE

Went through the drive-through ordered two medium French vanilla at 4:10 pm with a tray $5.86 Drove home to find out they gave me hot water. I called and asked to speak to a manager they said no manager was in. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said he was. He told me the machine is working fine. I Told him well I have 2 cups of hot water. He said to bring back and I could get new ones it’s $1.51 per litre for gas.The service Better get a hell of a lot better or we’re gonna have a new set of Karen’s.It’s funny Hard-working people are having a hard time finding a work. but yet there’s businesses with little to no customer service.Coffee should’ve been made right The first time.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 XL, both black. I get my order and came to work and find out they're both double double. This was at 3:30AM on a Sunday, so it was not busy at all. Absolutely no cars in front of me and only one car pulled in as I was waiting for the order at the window.I'm never going back again.

As a regular patron of Tim Hortons, I am utterly disappointed and frankly appalled by the abysmal experience I encountered at your establishment yesterday. Upon receiving my order via the drive-thru, I discovered a glaring omission in one of the items I purchased: my chicken cravable sandwich lacked the cheese I specifically requested and paid for. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of your staff, I was met with sheer incompetence and confusion. It's utterly perplexing that despite one sandwich being prepared with cheese, the other was devoid of this simple addition, as if consistency and accuracy are foreign concepts to your team. To exacerbate matters, the inefficiency and lackadaisical attitude displayed by your staff were beyond reproach. I was subjected to an excruciating wait of 15 minutes, during which time I observed a disorganized and disjointed work environment. The incessant chatter among employees, coupled with their sluggish pace of fulfilling orders, was nothing short of exasperating. Despite my inquiries about the status of my order, I was met with vague assurances and dismissive responses, indicative of a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It was only after the intervention of what I can only assume was a supervisor or manager that any semblance of urgency was exhibited. Their reprimand of the staff's lackadaisical behavior was long overdue, yet it speaks volumes about the pervasive culture of incompetence that permeates your establishment. In conclusion, my experience at your Tim Hortons location was nothing short of a debacle. The egregious mishandling of my order, coupled with the overall disorganization and apathy exhibited by your staff, has unequivocally dissuaded me from ever patronizing your establishment again. It is abundantly clear why your establishment languishes with a mere 3-star rating, and unless substantial improvements are made, I fear that rating may be overly generous.For management purposes I went on Feb 18th 2024 around 2pm and came out around 2:26

Always messed up order. Selfish with cream cheese on Bagels, sugar always at the bottom of any drinks I order.Update: The new thing is from midnight no food items are available after midnight. No bagels no sandwiches no muffins only coffee. If you're in the mood for some nice timmies getting off from night shift, don't waste time going to this location. I'd give 0 stars if possible

Squid Lips

One of the slowest services I have received to date. Can’t get your order right, keep having to repeat yourself here because they don’t speak the language. If you’re in a hurry avoid this location. They also love to wear masks here as well.
